Very rude receptionist and unprofessional. I would not recommend going here. The doctor doesnt spend much time with you as well .

She did my perfect c section in 2010 and im back to her now for my second!!! Good OB and surgeon!!! - RM

Never been so disappointed and insulted in my life. Dr. Raad actually delivered my second child encourage me to do a c section obviously for the money. I came back for my third child prenatal visit. It ALWAYS smelled like ciggerrete smoke chairs are stained and digusting . She doesn't take time to ask you and question or listen to you. Not to mention she doesn't wash her hands going in or out of room w patients or use gloves. I was verbally abuse a belittle but not only her but her rude receptionist. Paper work that she could not understand from a government job FMLA HAD NEEDED 4 QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED AND instead of understand what it was for she and Orlando told me they wasnt my SOCIAL WORKER. Pure Ignorance .Every time I tried to explain to her what fmla is bc she wouldn't take time to look or read what i was given her I was cut off and rudely insulted. Not only did I say I was done w their insults and I'm leaving. Orlando told me to get out and never come back after racing me… to the door on my way out the door. Smh which made no sense

I understand that everyone has different experiences with doctors some good and some bad...let me share mine, btw she doesn't deserve any stars...too bad you cant do zero or negative stars. Since I prefer female OB's and my previous OB moved out of Jersey I gave Dr. Raad a shot, worst decision ever! When I called to make the appointment Orlando was very rude, but I gave him the benefit of a doubt and thought maybe he had a bad day. When I arrived at the office I smelled a faint cigarette smell, I don't smoke and I cant stand the smell, especially being in a medical office, but I tried to get thru my consultation without focusing too much on the smell. The waiting room was empty, the chairs were all torn and full of stains it was disgusting. I walked up to the desk and Orlando was filling out some paperwork, I stood there for a good 2 minutes (right in front of him) before he looked up to talk to me. He was very unprofessional, he could have said hold on or I will be right with you,… he didn't even acknowledge me, instead he ignored the fact that a patient was standing there and kept doing what he was doing. When I get called in, the smell was stronger in her office, she talked to me about things that had nothing to do with me or my pregnancy...ie how much some insurance companies pay her for births and that's why she dropped certain companies....like I care. The second (and last) time I went in the smell was so strong, I asked a woman waiting there if this was normal she said "yes, sometimes its stronger than others." I get called in to do my ultrasound and I asked the tech if the dr smokes in here she said "I think so" I told her "that's ridiculous, and no one complains?" she shrugged her shoulders. When I went out to make my "next" appointment I asked Orlando "is this is going to be an ongoing thing, walking in here smelling the cigarette smoke?" he immediately says "I don't know what you're talking about, I don't smell anything, no one smokes in here!" So I asked everyone in the waiting room if they smell cigarette smoke and they all said "yes" When I turned back to him he immediately changes the subject and asks me when do I want to come back....I laughed at him and said "NEVER!!" and walked out. I called them that afternoon saying I found another doctor and won't be coming back he asks my "why?" I told him its disgusting to have to come to a dr office and smell cigarette smoke, without any words he hangs up on me... and that was that.

Dr. Raad shouldn't be allowed to practice anyone who enters her office can smell a strong sense of smoke. I was a patient at her office she told me to see another dr because i refused to go for c- section a week before my due date. She is in this field for the money solely. She doesn't even deserve one star for the raining.

She rushed me out of her office after telling me I had two maybe non cancerous knots in my boobs... Horrible

I will suggest every mommy-to-be to stay away from this doctor. Her first meeting will be ok but as you progress in next months she pays no attention. She does not suggest any Dos, Donts. She prescribes some obsolete multi-vitamins (which is essential for the mommy and baby). She did not prescribe me the latest multi-vitamins with DHA, which is good for babys brain. Neither she advised me to have fresh vegetables and fruits. All she says is - do not eat at Wendys and eat Potato & Rice.She tries to scare you for everything. She told me to go for C-Section, because- 1. if you dont you are old fashioned . Even Jews are going for it 2. C-Section is safest way 3. C-Section is like going to a salon with appointment 4. She has seen many complications in the Natural deliveries (no wonder who gives medical care to them). She gives scary stories and forces you to go for C-Section, for no reason. And when I said I want to go the natural way, she got upset and she called us orthodox. I mean why… should someone go for C-Section when there is no necessity. She is very much money minded. This is from my person experience. I want to save some soon-to-be-moms from this doctor and have a happy pregnancy and healthy baby.

The receptionist "Orlando" is the rudest person ever.. he has gotten many complaints and he has even been rude to the doctor i front of me.. I have no idea why she continues to keep him.... Dr. Raad is awesome.. if she gets rid of Orlando and get another medical receptionist her office would be the best... Orlando has me looking for another ob/gyn

I went to this Gyno because she was recommended by a friend. When making the appt. the receptionist was very rude and impatient with me. When I go in on the day of my appointment, I was made to wait 1 1/2 hours PAST my appt. time before I was seen. When I asked the receptionist, he responded with "welp, that's just how it is sometimes. She'll get to you as soon as she can". When she finally did call me back, she spent more time gossiping about her other patients than actually attending to me. She even discussed the friend that has referred me, without knowing that I knew this person. Needless to say, I held my tongue and tried to get through it. During the exam she was very rough and impatient, and when I asked her to stop she told me that she only has a hard time like this with the "retards" she sees. When I asked her to clarify, she attempted to become professional (which was a first) and told me about the special care she has to take with patients who have mental impairments and … don't understand what she is doing during the exam. She then told me that she would follow up with me to reschedule because I simply did not want to allow her to finish due to being so rough with me, and...needless to say, she never did. This woman is a fraud and a disgrace to her profession, and it would be in your absolute BEST interest to steer clear of her. I sure wish that I had.
