Dr. Mihir K. Bhayani, MD

Dr. Bhayani is an outstanding person, doctor and surgeon. He's kind, caring and the follow up is wonderful. He has an unbelievable gentle spirit to him and his bedside manner is just outstanding. He treats his patients with kindness and respect. His patients are #1 and he is genuinely concerned about their well being and situation. Internally, his humanity and compassion towards others is very very moving and unlike anything I have ever seen in any other physician that I have visited. He's a wonderful person and unbelievable asset to NorhShore. They are so very lucky to have him on staff. He has that very special quality of being able to empathize with his patients which puts him above alot of other doctors. His knowledge of his field cannot be matched by any other physician. The other doctor's and surgeon's highly recommend him for his work and reputation. He is an absolute joy to work with and I am so happy that he's my surgeon. I highly recommend him!

I just had a wonderful appointment with Dr, Bhayani, which was a breath of fresh air after another one at had at the University of Chicago, in my search for an excellent surgeon to remove a tumor that I have. Dr. Bhayani listened very attentively, and answered all of my questions. He did an ultrasound right in the room to confirm results for himself. He is pretty young but comes highly regarded by other good surgeons and his bed side manner cannot be topped. He treated me like a person with feelings and valid concerns and dignified every question that I had with a thoughtful and intelligent response.
