Dr. Mohit Sirohi, MD

I have been very pleased in my dealings with Dr. Sirohi. He is a smart young doctor and I think he is very competent.

The first visit was a good experience. Clear communication and Dr was willing to address all our concerns. The post -visit follow up an UNPLEASANT experience, Dr was in a hurry, not willing to address or explain our medical concerns because as patient we do not need that all medical information. In some way disrespectful to the patients' needs and feelings. We wait a week after that visit to receive pain medications.

Dr. Sirohi took the tumor from my left kidney and it was done robotically. He had prepared me very well so I had almost no anxiety on the day of surgery considering the type of surgery I was having. He even showed a youtube video to my wife and parents (who were extremely anxious BTW) about this procedure. It is even crazy to think that a part of my kidney was removed and I was able to go home the very next day. Great combination of a skilled surgeon and technology.

What can I say about this doctor...nothing but positive. A good listener, takes his time in examining you, and, knows his stuff. Very smart. I even asked him about a friend who was having some urological issue and Dr. Sirohi knew right away what needed to be done. My friend saw him a week later and thanked me. I had a procedure called urolift after discussing everything and Dr. Sirohi never pressured or made me feel like I had to do anything. He gave me enough time to think about it and, I am very happy I went ahead with it because I'm peeing like a kid now.

I had a prostate surgery done by Dr Sirohi a few months ago. It was a robotic procedure and he took out the entire prostate. I was able to go home the next day and my recovery was very fast because the surgical incisions were very small. I am very happy to say that I am cancer free now and able to do everything I could do before the surgery. Very grateful to Dr. Sirohi and his entire team who took such good care of me.

I went to see Dr Sirohi for a kidney stone and he really took a great care of me. My mother and boyfriend were raving to other family members later about what an amazing doctor he was. Unfortunately, I did not pass the stone and Dr. Sirohi had to do a procedure to take it out. I was very nervous considering this was the first time I was getting anesthesia but it seemed like a piece of cake. Dr. Sirohi made me feel at ease. He explained everything to me and my mom prior to the procedure and I recovered very quickly and was sent home the same day with some pain meds. I wouldn't want to go through something like that again, but it was the best hospital experience that anyone could have and Dr. Sirohi made this possible.

Dr Sirohi did a procedure called "Partial Robotic Nephrectomy" on my mother and she is doing really well. He is a very charming, professional and compassionate surgeon. Answers all of your questions and makes you feel like you are the only patient he has for the day. He never rushed us with anything, understood when he needed to pause to let us get our emotions out. I liked how Dr Sirohi explained everything to us step by step and then repeated the whole thing again just to make sure we understood everything. After the surgery, he came and spoke to me and rest of the family and went over post-op instructions again. I would highly recommend Dr Sirohi if you are want to see a Urologist in Tampa Bay area.

My wife and I were devastated when I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and being fairly new to Tampa, we were even more nervous. Our Primary Doctor had recommended another Urologist but we were not happy with him and we made an appointment to see Dr. Sirohi and that was the best decision we made. If you have heard of this quote, "A good Physician treats the Disease, the great Physician treats the patient", Dr Sirohi is 'that' great Physician. He always answered all of our questions and explained the surgery in detail and what to expect after the surgery. There were no surprises. He is a trained Robotic Surgeon and my wife and I knew we were in great hands the minute he walked into the office room with a big smile. He saved my nerves AND I have a good bladder control. Dr. SIrohi you are our savior and my wife and I are forever grateful to you.… God bless.

Dr Sirohi was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was very patient with me because I was asking him a lot of questions about my issue. I was there for a frequent urinary tract infection problem and he came up with a plan that has helped me ever since and I have not had an infection since I started following his instructions. I would highly recommend Dr. Sirohi.
