Dr. Montra Mangkorn Kanok

I was referred to him because of a sinusitis issue. In short, he listened to me real quick, instructed I get on antibiotics and call it a day. I wanted to get to the root of the cause but figured he’s right, let’s clear up the infection. I informed him that I am allergic to a certain antibiotic and that I had reservations taking an antibiotic. He assured me that the one he’s prescribing should be fine and is pretty confident I should be ok taking it. Well, low and behold 2 days later I start having an allergic reaction. I immediately called his office and his staff tried to schedule me in for a future date. Once I informed them that I’m having a reaction, they transferred me to the dr. After I explained my symptoms and how I’m having an allergic reaction like in the past, he proceeds to instruct me to call my primary doctor so they can prescribe new meds. That was the extent of my visit and experience. Needless to say, I never went back. Don’t waste your time unless you’re up for the… task of trying to take control of the situation.

Hard to understand - rushed to get me out the door - absent minded - could not remember where he put his reports - did not have my file when he came into office and asked me questions he would have known if he had my file, things that he had ordered.

Dr Kanok does not listen, he is very rude, do not see him unless you want to waste your money and a couple hours of your time. He absolutely had no interest in me or why I was seeing him.
