Dr. Muhammad Naeem, MD

I have an SSA Lawyer requesting my medical records and they refuse to send them to my lawyer the office staff that said I need to speak to Whitney in claims for my records refuses to call me back never in her office pretty sure she's not good at her job and they are holding my medical records against my will and request.And they are making me miss my meeting with SSA and won't send after 4 legal response to get records from my attorney. STAFF IS SO BAD TO WORK WITH THEY DON'T CARE

The doctor is kind, but doesn’t seem to listen to my questions or concerns. The larger— very substantial— issue is that the office staff neglects the pre-auths for prescriptions. I was in the ER for an extreme bout of migraines (10 in the past 7 days). I saw Dr. Naeem the next morning as required. 6 days later, and the office still hasn’t responded to the pharmacy or my insurance company. This is unacceptable, and has impacted my family and my work as I’m still awaiting treatment. I’ve called several times and they say they will submit the forms, but they do not. I don’t have words for my level of frustration, as I’ve been ill for days but they don’t follow through. It’s absolutely disheartening.

Dr. Naeem is very kind and he takes a great deal of time with us. Maggie his office staff is also kind and takes her time with us getting information. We are very happy with Dr Naeem and Maggie.

At first he came on strong, like he cared. Never wanted to do anything but a sleep study. However, his staff drops the ball, they do not follow up on questions. I called to try to get information on forms that the receptionist had ruined, and was cursed at. Sad

Use to have this doctor in Elkhart Indiana.he is a special guy! The best neurologist ever!

I have seen Dr. Naeem in the past and it was always a positive experience. The wait time to get called back has been less than 15 minutes. He is very through and takes his time with me. I highly recommend him!

I was a patient due to an grand mal seizure ambulance visit to the hospital and placed under Dr. Naeem's care. I was comfortable with his care once I was stable and able to discharge from the hospital so I continued to see him in his private practice. I only visited his Southlake office. I could tell he was under staffed at this location but I continued my care because he seemed very confident that he could assist me through my new condition and he has a good bedside manner. However recently I've had trouble getting the prescription refills I need. I don't know if Dr. Naeem is regularly informed of his patients needs for refills or if this task falls on his under staffed office but it came to a point where I didn't get my refills called in correctly or signed correctly so the pharmacy couldn't refill my medications and I was left going off several seizure medications cold turkey until this issue was resolved. I also question his notes and lack or EMR system. Currently a patient however… due to this recent medications over sight I feel like I may need to find a different provider who has more staff to attend to the needs of patients and an actual EMR reporting system where records are kept for safety reasons. Lackadaisical medicinal care is not what I expected from a Baylor provider.
