Dr. Nadine Rose De Freitas, MD

Had therapy done on my knee recently and was not impressed with Nadine's "I've got better things to do" attitude towards my treatment. While she did give me exercises to do, she would talk on the phone, leave the room saying she had to make coffee for the doctor, or look at random things on her computer with her back towards me. I dreaded the days She was doing my treatments. On the brighter side, her assistant, Renee was fantastic as was her receptionist, Danni! They were both kind and respectful and super helpful! Renee knew exactly what needed to be done to get me back on my feet!

I’m in really bad pain and needed answers to a few questions I had about how my recovery from shoulder surgery in physical therapy. She spent about 5 minuets massaging my arm. While on the phone with her brother the entire time . More concerned about him than me . I felt ignored and neglected. She was so busy on her phone I didn’t get the chance to ask any questions!!! I was put in a chair with a ice pack. Waste of time for me. The next time I saw Renee. She was great and caring and answered my questions. She did a great job. After Renee was finished with my shoulder she asked if I would like a ice pack. I said I would. She set a timer. All good. When the timer was went off. Nadine came over ( out of nowhere) and just jerked the ice pack off my injured shoulder . Her hand pushed me back in my chair she grabbed it so roughly. As she yanked the ice pack off of me it yanked me forward. My husband was so upset he couldn’t speak. His main concern at that moment was helping me. I… was in pain the rest of the day!!!! I have a appointment there tomorrow. I’m going to make it clear that I don’t want her ( Nadine)to touch me. If I can’t get someone else to help me. I’m going elsewhere so I can be helped properly.
