THE WORST!! My disability was denied due to lack of info and inaccurate medical records from this office! Insurance sent a request form for add info and office did not send back bc insurance didn’t pay $200 invoice for info that info! Office records i requested didn’t have accurate info re: main symptoms. If you’re looking for doctors who care and take time to explain and find your issue DONT bother. They send you for tests you come back for results and get no clarity! NP reads medical test results terms that you don’t understand and doesn’t even know what they are before seeing you. She had to google my results (not kidding) and still couldn’t explain what it meant or give straight answer whether it was related to root of my issues. She spends your appt time talking notes into her computer. She spends 10 mins with you and you leave with more questions than answers. Most importantly she sends you off with more meds and doesn’t follow through for further evaluation unless you ask. Saw… actual Dr. once in 3 months, he didn’t ask me any questions about my situation. He performed a test and I was gone. If you have questions or concerns later about anything you need another appt with Dr. which costs another copay! Office Manager was of no help either with additional info I needed for ins. I was out of work for weeks and they were of 0 help! Waste of my valuable time especially when getting a diagnosis is so important for your health.

My dad was bed written and could not walk or do anything for himself. My parents moved from NY to FL THANK you so much Dr. Nidadavolu for helping my dad to walk again. We are so thankful for you and for all you have done for us.

My husband was given an appointment as a new patient at 1 PM yesterday at the Poinciana office. Not a word to us at time of registration, or, a courtesy call prior to appointment, that the patient was going to be examined by his PA as the Doctor had not showed up at all since morning. I would have appreciated a call from the office to reschedule, an insisted on seeing the doctor not a PA for the all-important initial visit! Through his PA, he prescribed a medication purely from the notes that was taken, with no physical evaluation by either the PA or the Doctor himself!

I was referred to Dr. Nid by my primary doctor. As soon as I walked in the door of this place I knew I was in good hands. The girls were friendly and helpful. I didn't wait long to see the doctor and he treated me with respect and helped me with my condition. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a neurologist.

Good experience with the Physician

This office only cared about dollar signs not the patient. I came to a scheduled appointment and the doctor would not see me because I was paying by check. In addition, the only answer the doctor could give me for my problem was to give me pain medication and other medications.......never resolved my problem.
