Direct clear & Concise Cured my 30 yrs of snoring with "Balloon Rhino Plasty" my wife is thrilled!

Angry, argumentative and unprofessional! Dr Bequer def does care about his patients. He is not interested in patient care. My first visit he spent about 3 minutes in the room. Ordered Valium for vertigo. A week later I followed up. Of course the office staff was unfriendly! I was trying to explain to the doctor that I did not tolerate the Valium well. I could barley function on it. He got angry and told me I didn’t need to function for the week. Lol. Ok, I have three children ... Not an option! He thru his hands in the air, became agitated and told me he could not help me and he was done. I asked about another test he had scheduled for me for the following week. He told me he was canceling that. He stood up and began to tell me I was acting like a spoiled brat. I actually thought he was going to push me out of his way. Awful experience!

Dr Bequer and his team are awesome! I've been going there for about 2yrs and love them!

Every time I have an appointment, it takes at least an hour in the waiting room plus additional time in the office.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH DR NAPOLEAN BEQUER AND STAFF AT PALMS WEST!! THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS FROM OTHERS SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY. AVOID THIS PLACE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Will never return. Dr. Spent less than a minute in room read from what nurse jotted down didn't exam me and prescribed meds for which I'm not sure I need due to no examination. Dr became indignant when I questioned why no exam. I was told he knew what was wrong and I shouldn't tell him how to treat his patients.

I went to see Dr Bequer for my stuffy right ear after inuring my neck at work. He was busy with doing all the test for money and was trying to fix my sinus w/sinoplasty which was clear and not my primary problem that I was concerned. when I asked him again wether this is going to fix my problem ....he decided not to do the procedure. Overall all I wasn't treated for my problem. They were busy treated 5 different people at the same time and running around. Not a person with genuine compassion/dedication for his profession

Absolutely the worst doctor - DO NOT GO TO HIM - very rude, arrogant, egotistical, his time is worth more than yours and no apologies. Told me not to "rush him". Excuse me - we waited over an hour to get back into the room and then another 15 minutes. He's a little arrogant jerk!! Needs to retire! I would never recommend him to anyone.

I was scheduled for surgery with dr bequer at 12:00pm and ended up in the surgery room at 4:00pm. It was very unprofessional because he took another patient before me and another gentlemen that was after me first. I believe that patient had more money and all this goes to show you is that all he cares is about money... I will never come back and do not recommend this doctor who never apologized for all the hours he made me wait!!!!
