Dr. Nathan Benjamin Sautter, MD

Our 84 year old dad receives excellent care from Dr. Sautter. Dr. Sautter gives every patient his full attention. He took care of every request and answered all my questions. I am very impressed and grateful to have Dr. Sautter on Dad's team.

Dr. Sautter performed my deviated septum and inferior turbine surgery this past week. His skills and professionalism is among the best surgeons in the country.

Dr Sautter is great! He thoroughly examined my sinuses and ordered a CT. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns. The office staff was also very pleasant and efficient. I feel like I'm in good hands here.

Good doctor and clinic but I have an issue with them refusing to bill Tricare as a secondary insurance. It isn’t that they can’t. They just don’t want to and push it onto the service member or Vet to file a claim. To me, they are dishonoring those who are serving or have served in the military. I will be talking to Dr. Sauter about this at my next (possibly last) visit. I won’t go there if they won’t bill Tricare.

After numerous trips and various doctors, Dr. Sautter performed some reconstruction in my mouth and endoscopic surgery on my right maxillary sinus to treat peristent bacterial infections. Even though we are early in the recovery stage, Dr. Sautter has addressed my fears, concerns and questions in a way that I understand. He has also assured me of continuity of care with him until these issues are resolved. I have used the VA hospital system for many years and it is a refreshing surprise to get compassionate, quality medical care from a doctor who truly listens to the patient, takes the time to explain what is going on, treatment options and a promise to treat me as an individual until the problem is resolved. We definitely need more qualified and quality oriented physicians of this caliber. My hat is off to Dr. Sautter and he has my profound gratitude for his superb medical care.
