First impression - i Like this doctor! He had a plan put together and following the cat scan, I went in to review. I signed up immediately because i have been yold everything that was going to happen. The paperwork process was done online. I really recommend Dr.Beckford and his staff. Such warm hearted people! I have suffered for many years with sinus problems. After seeing other specialists and spending money galore, I was referred to Dr. Beckford. He was very kind and listened to my concerns. He did not rush anything and we tried several things before I opted for the balloon sinuplasty. I had a reaction to the medication that I had to take afterwards and couldn't get my doctor to get me the treatment I needed for that. Dr. Beckford contacted a Doctor in this area and made certain that I was taken care of. He followed up with me on my sinus issues as well as the gastro issues that I encountered from the medication that did not agree with me. I would definitely recommend Dr. Beckford.

I went to DR. Beckford for a second opinion. He diagnosed cancer that my other doctor missed. Dr. Beckford has a great beside manner. My other doctor had a god complex. I knew there was something wrong and Dr. Beckford possibly saved my life.

Very uncaring Doctor. Not a good listener. He suggested a diagnosis(a wrong diagnosis) and when I questioned it he sent me home and I tried to contact office for a follow up to fix my problem but they never responded. He did not care that I was very sick. There are a lot better doctors out there. Please go see one that is caring and is actually knowledgeable. Don't waste your time, this is not a good doctor or office.

Dr. Beckford made rude comments during the exam. In addition, he was not very patient with my child. I would not refer him to anyone.

Dr. Beckford office staff is horrible. It is so unfortunate that he is such a qualified doctor. Dr. Beckford should spend more time explaining procedures than to have so many other staff, scheduling nurse, appointment nurse to help you. I think that you would get a better understanding of the surgery that you will have. I will not be using him again.

i had the sad experience, years ago, of being rejected by another surgeon. so, i went to dr. neal beckford. in walks this huge, smiling man, who looks like a wrestler. he grabs my hand. meaty! he gains my trust immediately. he has operated on me, i know, four (4) times! he has been very kind to me. all along the way. listen, people, cancer is no fun! true, he removes tonsils and adenoids, but, he also is an ent cancer surgeon. every time i see him, he is smiling! i am a Christian, and, i know he is, too! we have just gone down two very different roads in this life. he is just plain fun to be around! don't let his easy-going attitude throw you off! he is a fine, fine doctor, and, just plain loves people, life, and, what he is doing!
