I went with two substantive issues. Dr. S "does not guess" but on one issue his guesses for tests were costly to me, ignored my input, and the recommended treatment (based on successful treatment elsewhere) was not helpful. On the second the recommended special ($) supplements did not provide any improvement. I terminated visits due to lack of a working relationship, progress and high expense.

I had PRP in my knee almost 3 years ago! Still have no knee pain. Came in to talk about continuing perineural injections for neuropathy. Dr. Spiegel did not push continuing - advised waiting to learn more about stem cell. He is so honest and caring and only wants to do what's best for you!

Dr. Spiegel is unique - he spent a great deal of time with me to look at everything going on and how it is interrelated and connected. Very different from my experience with other doctors who are in and out in 10 minutes and only treat the symptom rather than the source of the problem.
