Excellent - answer to prayers - a doctor that cares about health. Blown away by his knowledge and his staff was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Dr. Phan considers the whole patient and does not solve everything with a prescription. He pays close attention to all bloodwork and advises accordingly. He finds what others doctors could overlook.

I have Aetna insurance. I looked up this NGUYEN PHAN doctor and verified that he is in-network with my insurance. I made the appointment for my daughter. When I arrived we gave them the insurance card. AFTER the appointment I went to pay my co-pay and they said we were not in network and I had to pay the full price. I explained that I had looked up the doctor on my insurance and he shows in-network. The ladies in the office have no say in the matter. They are very ignorant. They only go by what a 3rd party billing person tells them. That lady is not in the office. The doctor has no idea what is going on and he is allowing his patients to be treated like this by this unethical billing company. He doesn't seem to care. He basically shrugged it off when I explained to him what they were doing. They refused to give me a statement with any coding on it about my visit so I could submit it myself. They refused to even file the claim with my insurance company. His billing agent… calls to verify insurance as his practice name Northern Pines Health Partners not his real name. Dr. NGUYEN PHAN This practice does not have a website. There is no email address. If you go to this practice before you ever go back to a room. Make sure you are in-network. They should have told us we were not in network before they provided service. I feel like this is a huge scam. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Aetna will be investigating him and his practice and I am filling a complaint with Medical Board of Texas as well.

My wife was out of state with a serious medical situation that eventually reguired emergency surgery. Dr. Phan consulted with her giving her excellent counseling. His concern and outreach was insturmental in probably saving her life. His office staff is personalble and professional. They are the most pleasant medical staff I've ever dealt with. I am greatful for his care and compassion and their sense of by in for every patient's wellbeing.

I was referred to Dr. Phan's office by a compounding pharmacy in the Gleannloch area, and I am so grateful! Dr, Phan truly cares about my health and has greatly helped me with the treatment of my Hashimoto's condition. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough in addressing all of my concerns. I like the fact that I can email him with a question and he replies promptly or has his staff do so. The office staff is also friendly and helpful; it's obvious they care about their patients as well. Whenever I have a problem with anything they always have a solution and address it with kindness. I have found a Dr. and his staff that I truly trust with all of my health concerns.

Dr Phan has helped me. He never stops trying to find the answer and he admits he does not know everything. I have spent thousands at wellness clinics to end up ignored when I did not fit the set criteria.. Dr Phan never gives up and I love him for being my partner.

I have been a patient of Northern Pines Health (Dr. Phan and Dr. Nguyen) ever since 2010 when I was diagnosed with vertigo at the clinic in CVS down the street and referred to them. I had changed insurance and had not found a PCP yet. I'm so glad I went! BOTH of these doctors have been excellent. I have a complicated medical history, and each one has spent their time with me exploring options, explaining diagnosis and procedures, explaining test results, calling to follow up, etc. Their staff is extremely caring and efficient and their office is always impeccably clean and bright. I can't say enough good things about them.

Dr. Phan called in the wrong prescription and made me pay for it and did not reimburse me. Called in another corrected prescription and wanted me to pay. This is How people get their health messed up with incompetent Doctors..

I read and heard amazing things about this doctor and I was so excited to see a doctor that actually understood my disease. However, the first and only appointment I had was a disappointment. I never got a chance to go over my symptoms or concerns. The appointment felt very rushed. His staff is rude and useless. Doesn't feel like you are taken seriously or respected as a person. You are charged a full exam fee if you want to just get your blood drawn there, even though that alone takes less than five minutes. Will NOT be back. I can't even express what a huge disappointment this is and how upset I am. Back to square one.
