Dr. Nicholas Adams King, MD

Never got to see him. After a fractured patella and questionable tibia, my husband and I both called for a follow up appointment. No matter what time of day it was, we got the answering service. Called 3 times in one day one time. Meanwhile, my brace kept falling off, crutches cant be uses because of my service dog, and I'm still in excruciating pain. See someone else. If he cant even bother with calling, he wont take care of you!

This man, beyond having the worst case of a god complex I have ever encountered, is impossible to get a hold of! I called his office 17 times in one day in an effort to get a hold of SOMEONE who could help me, and every single time I was sent to their answering service. And no, I have not gotten a response to any of the messages I left with that service. Maybe he can help you with your injury, but save yourself from the hernia he'll give you from the stress of dealing with him and go somewhere else.

Dr. King is rude, arrogant and disrespectful of both his patients and their family.

This doctor saved my mom’s life! Truly talented doctor who went above and beyond for our family. We will always request Dr King in the unfortunate circumstance of needing an ortho. He made the experience as good as it could be!

Dr King does follow up visits every 6 weeks unless I request to see him sooner in which case he fits me right in. I wouldn't be able to walk if it wasn't for this highly experienced Doctor. He has been a god send!

Loved the care and expertise I was given by Dr King. Highly knowledgable and informative. He doesn't sugarcoat the situation and let's you know in detail what to expect. He has always followed up my concerns pre and post op. I will always chose him to do my surgeries and/or families of need be. Thanks for putting me back together perfectly!

This man should resign immediately for multiple reasons: he egregiously discredits his profession because of his disdain for his elderly patients; he is grossly arrogant and lords over the Arroyo Grande medical community and it's citizens like a tyrant, knowing he's all we've got, pretty much; his bedside manner, especially towards his elderly patients, is patronizing, mean-spirited, and haughty; most egregiously, he gets away with providing absolutely no after-care or follow up after he "cuts 'em and leaves 'em - then he charges the insurance companies, stating that he has visited the latter patients jn the hospitals and rehab centers - totally fraud!! I am an experienced nurse, and I am so angry at his treatment of patients, I want to slap his arrogant face.!!!!

Awesome surgeon. Truly blessed with talent. His major problem is his after care. It doesnt exist. I was a patient of his and granted im happy with the fact i still have my leg i saw him only once after i was released from the hospital. It is 19 mo later now and i still have an open wound on my lwg and he still hasnt seen me for it. He needs a better balance

Excellent surgeon! Performed two mayor surgeries on my mother due to multiple fractures. She has pins, rod, and hip replacement and has no pain and is completely mobile. Very professional and courteous. Thank you Dr. King! You are awesome!

I am so glad I found Dr King for I would have been unable to walk without his help. My operation went well, wound healed well. Staff followed up and kept me informed. Dr king ensured I was trained in crutch walking before the operation. Staff followed up with visits every few days to ensure proper healing. His manner is direct, which a doctor needs. He made me promise to go through the long recovery without rushing it, completely healing so I cause no damage. He gave me confidence of his capabilities, and he seems to have come through wel. I a, two weeks into my six to nine month recovery and feeling that it will be successful as long as I follow through with my part of the deal now.
