Unprofessional office staff. I had a terrible experience. I met Dr. Timothy once. Nothing special, all routine stuff. Dr. Timothy was nice. Later, I was surprised that the visit was billed incorrectly. I followed the advice from my insurance, contacted his office. The office staff was not helpful and unprofessional, refused to resubmit the claim. I requested to talk to the doctor for clarification, she handed up my call before I finished. I cancel the follow-up appointment. Stay away from this clinic.

He does not listen to concerns I had when he was hurting me during a procedure he did not explain. He was also not wearing gloves! I was the last patient of the day and was sent away unable to see out of my left eye and left to drive home by myself.

Dr Timothy spends time and cares enough to be thorough. He is very accommodation and there when you need him. I refer friends and family to him regularly.
