Dr. Nina Arshi Goyal, MD

My parents and I have been patients of Dr. Goyal’s for many years. She is an excellent doctor who is thorough and kind and answers all of our questions and concerns during our appointments. I highly recommend her

Dr. Goyal has been treating me for glaucoma in both eyes for about 3 years. She was recommended to me by a well-known glaucoma specialist from another state and Dr. Goyal has exceeded my expectations with every visit. She is thorough, explains every exam, procedure and result in detail, offers options and explains the short-term treatment plan as well as the long-term plan. This diagnosis was hard for me to hear at a (relatively) young age and I sought 2 opinions, including one from a well-known glaucoma specialist in another state, before seeing Dr. Goyal. University Ophthalmology at Rush has a stellar reputation in the academic medicine community. She has been patient with my questions and very kind. I great confidence in her knowledge and skill. I see her every 3 months at Rush, not Skokie, which is a very busy environment. The waiting room is usually full and the visit, with testing, takes around 2 hours. The check-in staff are professional and efficient. The medical staff also are… professional and I have found them to be kind. No matter where you see her, I highly recommend Dr. Goyal.

The technician Matt was pleasant and helpful. I waited 2 hours before seeing nina. She was rushed and was very rude. She rolled her eyes when I asked questions and would not take the time to explain why my contacts changed from 2.75 to 2.25. I do not reccomend anyone go to see her. She does not exude any care about her patients and her outfit (mini skirt) was inappropriate.

Aside from great bedside manner and most important, being a great Doctor, this is by far the Prettiest Doctor I have ever had the pleasure of laying my eyes on. And it is a good thing she is an opthamologist because she will keep your eyes in good health so you can enjoy her pretty face......
