I did a check up but was written a worthless prescription. The following up ophthalmologist suggested I sue. I was appalled at the inability to correct a mistake they made on my bill. Instead of correcting it they turned it over to a collection agency. There are many other practitioners to choose from.

Dr. Patel is a thorough, caring physician who really wants her patients to be satisfied. I have never felt rushed and she always listens to my questions. If you need an ophthalmologist, you need Iook no further than Dr. Patel!

Was recommended to go to this doctor by a friend. It took a while to be seen and even longer to get a full check up (+2 hrs in total). Also the front office was kind of abrasive. Disappointing because the doctor was knowledgeable and seemed to care. But the environment and the wait make it unworth it to return.

Showed up early and they got me in early. Nurses and doctor Patel were very knowledgable. Service was great I didn't feel rushed and they made me feel like an important patient and not just another dollar sign. Thank you

I was referred to Dr. Patel by the emergency room to follow up with my care after I received a very serious chemical burn to my eye. She recommended an amniotic membrane lens, which I had never heard of before, but was willing to try anything to save my eye. As soon as she inserted the lens in my eye, the pain went away. When she removed the lens about 5 days later, my cornea had healed and I could see! It was amazing. Dr. Patel is wonderful and unlike any doctor I have ever been to. She is very down to earth, easy to talk to and absolutely brilliant. I wish all doctors were like that.

I have only been to Dr. Patel one time, but my visit was very comfortable, and Dr. Patel and her staff put me at complete ease and took the time to explain the what, why, and how to everything I didn't know.
