Dr. Varghese is the doctor who finally helped me gain control of my diabetes

I saw her several years ago. She really helped me with my diabetes. I was very comfortable with her. She’s very knowledgeable and is an awesome doctor!

I am well satisfied w/her treatment, she is kind, courteous and takes the time to spend w/each patient. The only downfall I have found w/the office is having to pay the co-pay on follow up visits to get lab results, I'd prefer to have them over the phone or the co-pay waived, none of my other doctor's charge the co-pay for the follow up. Dr. Varghese is a wonderful dr though, I trust her care completely and love the scripture references placed around the office, very comforting.

I have been seeing Dr. Varghese since 2007 approximately 4 times a year. She has always taken time to answer any questions I have and has always been very thorough. Because she kept check on my thyroid function she diagnosed my Graves disease in the very early stage and proceeded with treatment accordingly. She has also been very easy for me to talk to, not rushing me or seeming distracted like so many drs. I am able to follow and treat my diabetes well because of her excellent care and have recommended her to several of my friends and family.

I went to Dr Varghese for PCOS diagnosis, she is very knowledgable about the disease and provides great resources. Her staff is very courteous and appointments are relatively easy (expect a wait time for any specialist). Unfortunately, I don't believe she has the best bedside manner. When explaining my medications to me, she advised "I could not get pregnant on the medication and if I did, my baby would die". I was 23 years old at the time and I spent the rest of my commute crying to my mother. I will say, I am a bit overweight, and knowing that is a leading contributer to the severity of PCOS, she was very tactful in approaching the weightloss concern.

Dr. Varghese missed a nodule on my thyroid after I even pointed it out. My primary doctor checked it for me and then I had to have it removed. My diabetes was all over the place and she could never get me within range. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Glad I left

Dr. Varghese is amazing! She is very thorough, spent time listening to me and asking me questions. She looks at the whole picture and doesn't just focus on one lab value. She found a 3cm nodule on my thyroid that another endocrinologist missed. I would highly recommend Dr. Varghese to anyone looking for an endocrinologist!!
