Not helpful, arrogant, no follow-up, doesnt listen,

I needed a prescription filled, called them and they refused to do so, saying that I needed to see the doctor. Certainly, so they can charge my insurance. Even was ok to take off half a day from work, pay the office visit and be done with it. During the visit they dropped two eye drops, made me wait for 20 minutes, then the doctor spent approximately 15-20 seconds the most per eye. Another minute or two typing something on the computer and I got my prescription. A few days later, got the bill from them for $835. I understand that the doctor needed probably a Chanel Purse, but charging over $20 per second is a little outrageous I would think. Do yourself a favor, stay away! You won't get any results, no matter how many times you visit and you'll end up with a heart attack.

Went in for eye check up. Very attentive and personable.
