Dr spent time with me going over my MRI and explaining everything. We were so happy. That was the first time a Dr spent that much time with us.

Dr. Zalatimo and his staff were the first doctors office that actually listened to me and spent time explaining everything to me and my family. We felt very comforted and would refer him to anyone who has back or neck problems.

This Dr Insisted I go to John's Hopkins to get get my medical care I don't trust medstarr hospital period Dr was so nasty he acted as if he was angry at me and he don't know me at all I have Brain Injury he lyed and told me Sinia dont have Trauma Drs I told him I was reporting this he said he didn't care who I report it too so I did report this and I have Trauma unit phone number

He did not rush me to surgery. We tried physical therapy, injections, medications. When those did not work, we agreed on surgery. My neck surgery was 2 months ago and I already feel like my old self again!

went to a few spine surgeons who all offered me fusion surgery. my pain doctor recommended we see Dr. Z before having a fusion. he reviewed my mri with me and my family and actually explained everything. he was able to do a much smaller surgery and my back and legs feel great! very happy!

Called the office several times and was on hold for over 15 min. Once the line rang to the office the staff answer the phone and hang up. I think customer service is very important I am calling for a patient and cannot get through. This is very unprofessional.

Dr. Zalatimo.is not only a fabulous surgeon, he is one of the most kind and caring doctors I have ever had. His staff of PA's are beyond wonderful always do their best to meet.your needs.
