Dr. Oscar Morales

When I lived in Duncan,Oklahoma DR. Morales was my doctor.He was a very caring person and the best doctor that I have ever had.He took the time to explain things to me and explained his reasons as to why he was doing the different tests and what to expect when they were being done.I really wish that there were more doctor's like him.I hope and pray that things go well for him.God bless him.

Very scrupulous activity with billing, diagnosis are way off, pushes way too many pills, very inaccurate medical history records. Performs unnessary tests and bilks the insurance company as well as the patient. He diagnosed me with 11 different illnesses and had me prescribed medication for everything. Went to 2 other doctors and had none of the problems. Now my medical history looks like I have several chronic health conditions. just completely bogus!

Took time to listen to me, and that was very important.

I have been a patient since 2005.I am 74 years old and first visited Dr. Morales when I moved from TN. Dr. Morales perscribes a series of test on each 90 day followup that ensure you receive a complete physical each year, A typical 90 day visit does include blood work, vitals, EKG, COPD, and a walking %SpO2 Test. I belive these are neccessary to acutately keep track of your overall health. Dr. Morales goes over each test result in detail and asks probative questions during the visit. All Test results are provided in writen format as well as a clinical summary if you ask for them. This is imporant if you travel, or visit an emergency room where your records are not kept, and want the ER doctor to know what you are being treated for. In summary if you just want a doctor to treat your current complaint don't go to Dr. Morales. If you want good health care for an extended period, I higly reccommend him.

Dr. Morales is a awesome doctor. I went from doctor to doctor for 3 years and felt like a guinea pig. In 2005 I found Morales, for 8 plus year's now I have never felt better and I'm finally pain free! ;)) Oh and I absolutely love the staff!

Dr. Morales denied me P.T. so he could keep me on the pills so he would be able to continue to charge Medicare the frivilious vharges by keeping me on the meds his reason for not prescribing me P.T is that it would be too costly and I reminded him I was on Medicare and jockingly he said no not for you but for me, I'm a tax payer you know and I just about fell out of my chair. The receiptionist is very rude also as well as the entire staff for all that goes in fact there is at least one malpractice suit in the working right now!

Dr Morales is an insurance fraud expert. If you go to see him for a cut on your finger you can expect a gamet of testing. A breathing treatment, a bone density scan, a walk the halls blood oxygen test, anything to bilk the insurance company. He does not accept cash patients for that reason and does not accept medicaid for that reason. He does not listen nor care what you have to say and dispenses 45 prescriptions at a time, so if you want pills, he is the way to go, if you want 5 unreasonable tests, he would be the one, but I don't recommend him. He is the WORST Dr. I have ever been to, and in my stupidity, I went there for a long time.
