Dr. Oscar A Reicher, MD

Terrible secretary staff who cannot follow simple directions. My mother has been crying just to get a hold of him for the last two days because pain medication that was prescribed was not helping and pain became worse. Our primary doctor has even reached out to his office to get an MRI, but the secretaries are not able to make this happen yet. He conducted a quick X-ray but he did not even ask my mother where the pain was, almost did the WRONG shoulder until my mother said something at the last moment. Entire office seems to work for insurance not the patient. There is another one star review that says he had a misdiagnoses and I am fearing the same for my mother. Going for a second opinion. Don't let the ratings fool you.

I saw Dr. Reicher following a recommendation from a trusted physician. The waiting room staff was condescending and impatient. When I finally saw the doctor after 45 minute wait, he would not give me the time to describe my symptoms or history. He was impatient and dismissive. He gave me medication and told me to call him in 2 weeks. I subsequently saw another orthopedist who listened, ordered appropriate diagnostic tests. It was determined that I need total hip replacement surgery. Dr. Reicher didn't even ask about my hip although all of my symptoms, and pain, pointed to my hip as a possible source of the pain.

Dr.Teacher is the best Doctor I have ever had, in both skill,caring,empathy He is an outstanding Doctor I injured my Achilles tendon on a Friday evening,completely severed was his diagnosis. I will have to operate this weekend as I leave NJ Monday morning for a week. As we waited together in an ante room before surgery he held my hand as he talked with me, I am sure because he knew I was nervous. We discussed the movie The Doctor,he becomes a cancer patient so being a patient instead of a surgeon changed his empathy towards his patients Dr. Reicher felt every intern should be required to see the movie, I agreed. I only wish that I still lived close enough so that he could still be my Doctor. I recommend him to everyone. I was seen in the ST.

Very professional and thorough with his assessment and diagnosis. Very pleasant and approachable. Reliability and expertise are the hallmarks of his profession. I am fortunate to be one of his clients. I highly recommend him.Dr Sundstrom and Dr Reicher are a great tandem!

No trouble getting an appointment Office Staff very professional. Short Waiting time. Dr. Reicher took a lot of time to explain the problem I had which I understood and he took his time to make sure I knew exactly what my problem was. EXCELLENT DR. Would highly reccomend him to other people.

This doctor goes above & beyond for his patients. My husband had a serious back operation. After he got out of the hospital he got a staff infection which let to two more operations. Dr Reicher was always available when needed. On the other hand his office staff is rude and unprofessional.
