Dr Roberts & her office person Donna are absolutely the best. Positive upbeat inviting & make you feel very much at home & comfortable. Highly, recommend her.

Had sclerotherapy, went well. I was not given instructions in writing, and Dr Roberts was out of town for 3 weeks. It was hard to remember how long to elevate foot, whether to take the compression stocking off at night, how many days to wear stocking, etc. When I went in for follow up, I mentioned that I was unsure about several things without written instructions. She printed them out, said "here, here are your instructions!". Took me back for followup. I pointed to the places where I had pain and lumps - she snapped at me "I am perfectly capable of seeing what needs to be done!" Excuse me, I was always told to show a doctor where it hurt! I kept my mouth shut, and she used something sharp to clear out those lumpy spots, but she was jabbing and digging - she was purposefully hurting me. No doubt about it. I tried to ease the situation complimenting her designer flip flops - that you could tell she was a Florida gal;, she snapped at me that she would have me know that she paid $90… for those flip flops. I would rather bleed to death from my varicose veins than go back to Dr Roberts. She was hostile, and deliberately inflicted pain.

Dr. Roberts is a warm and compassionate physician who is great at getting her patients to relax and be calm. She is thorough and provides great follow-up; calling herself to check up on me at home.. Dr Roberts has performed two surgeries for me and both have been painless and completely successful. Highly recommend.

Dr. Roberts is a warm and compassionate doctor. She treats you as a person and not a number. She has operated on me several times and the results have been great...minimal pain and little scarring. Her staff calls and checks up on you to see how you are doing. Very rare in medical practices these days.
