I always have confidence on my doctor

Tell me you have no interest in being my doctor without telling me that you have no interest in being my doctor. Brand new patient -- only my second appointment. I'm on a brand new med and having side effects. I called to ask about any options to assist with those side effects. She had me come in for an appointment, then said "there's nothing else I can do for you." Why even have me come in? Just to get my co-pay? She could have said that on the phone. She was dismissive, rude, and uncaring. If there's no other options for me, fine -- it is what it is. But she made it abundantly clear that she has simply written me off. My next regularly scheduled appointment was for December. It's October now. She changed my next appointment to October of NEXT YEAR! I'm a brand new patient on a brand new drug. She has absolutely no interest in helping me with my medical issues and that showed through in spades. I would highly discourage anyone from seeing this doctor. Find one who's invested in your… health.

I felt like she wanted to be in and out of the appointment to do something else. It was my first time meeting Dr. Ibrahim and she didn't make the effort to talk about medical history or anything. It felt really rushed and I am from NYC and I should know what rushed is. I felt a lack of care or interest in my medical needs. She claims that we can talk after blood test results, but I have yet to receive them or have them discussed. I also believe that because I am a young patient, compared to the other ones she has, she thinks I am an easy case and that it should be done quickly and she could be in and out. Which should never be the case. I waited in the waiting room to talk about my questions and concerns. I basically had to chase her back into the room to speak to her about it. Really felt a lack of care, discussion, and effort that is on Dr. Ibrahim's part when instead everything felt rushed and incompetent.
