Dr. Patricia Arnold Grade, MD

Dr. Grade knew I had dense lumpy breasts but did not perform breast exams. Just wrote orders for mammogram even though there are two cancers that hide on mammogram. She removed my ovary two years ago to prevent cancer but never took the extra care with my breasts. It’s not her fault I got cancer but it could have been caught early.

If you or someone you know is looking for an OBGYN, look no further. Dr. Grade cared for my wife and delivered both of our children (2 years & 5 weeks old) at SHC Shea. She is extremely intelligent, conservative, experienced, knowledgeable and above all; KIND. She has a brilliant clinical mind but won't make you feel foolish or silly for asking the ridiculous questions we patients/spouses do ask. She has been a support system and advocate and even helped us resolve a conflict at the hospital 2 days post-delivery. One of the saddest realizations my wife and I had after our 2nd child was born was that we'd never again get to see her with the same frequency that we had over the last 3 years. Simply put, Dr. Grade is a throw-back to the days of TRULY compassionate medical care. As a husband and father, there is no one I trust more with my 3 most prized possessions.

I've moved from Dubai and started visiting Dr. Grade who delivered my first baby boy. I've had a long labor and had to end it with a c-section. But Dr. Grade's bedside manner, her calmness, and professionalism have turned this entire experience into a super positive one. During visits, she always took her time elaborating all the details as I needed her to, and she never rushed into finishing an appointment. Her staff is also very positive and helpful. I recommend this doctor to anyone looking for a new ob/gyn. In a nutshell, she's just awesome.

From the reviews I read, I was really excited to find a new OB in Dr. Grade. Figured my +2 hours was going to be worth the wait. She was not engaged when she finally was in front of me, gave me incorrect follow up instructions (leading to +2 hours next appointment), really aggressive billing (of course they should get paid, but had an appeal to insurance and they sent out my bill to collections!). That said, she may be really great once you are pregnant (when you really need it) or for folks who have been going to her for a long time. Was impressed by NP and LPN. MA staff was not good. As a new patient, I was very turned off and am going elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing in all she does. So kind, caring, warm, friendly and loving. I feel I can ask her anything. My husband attended all my appointments throughout both my pregnancies and he can't say enough wonderful things about her as she always includes him in every conversation. As a result he was and is never hesitant to ask questions. I have referred at least 10 friends to her all of whom are so grateful. Choose her, you won't be disappointed in her or her amazing staff.

I have been going to Dr. Grade for several years, even switched to her new office to follow her. She is absolutely wonderful in regards to being caring and very good at what she does. I have sent my daughters to her as well because I have so much confidence in her skills.

If you are loooking for an amazing OB, Dr. Grade is your Dr. She was recommended to me and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a sincere caring physician. She is tireless and makes sure that you are taken care of. The staff at her office are also wonderful--particularly Sandra (Office Manager/Magic worker!). You will NOT be disappointed!

Dr. Grade has a great care for her patients. She treated me when another Dr. push me off for more than two weeks. If Dr. Grade did not see me and do an emergency surgery, I could have died.
