horrible bedside manner, egotistical, doesn't take the time to appropriately diagnose and then tells you you need surgery on your sinuses. I had two second opinions and both of them saw zero reason for me to have sinus surgery.

Loves to break your nose when that is clearly not causing the problem

20 minutes late. Rushed the appointment. Didn't explainto me what would be happening with the exam. (Numbing spray and camera) was dismissive of my concerns. Told me my previous CT of the sinus wouldn't show an infection, prescribed antibiotics when I have no symptoms other than swelling abc's said it that doesn't reduce swelling then to get a CT. HUH??

Dr. Bikhazi is a wonderful doctor as well as his receptionists but....... The nurse who takes the phone calls for those who are sick, I feel is irresponsible. I called Weds Morning the 6th with extreme coughing, sore throat, sinus issues, lack of sleep. I was worse when I called as I had this for two days. She didn't return my call. The front desk said in the afternoon it takes 24 hours for her to get back. Next day, no call in the morning but she did call and told my husband she would give the information to Dr. K. In the late afternoon of Thurs. I called for a third time. The receptionist said the nurse was gone for the day!. It now is Fri the 8th at 9am. They open at 8 am. No call back. Do not call the nurse. She is unreliable. I will contact my GP this am.

I had sinus problems for years. Dr. Bikhazi did surgery since I had a very deviated septum. I used to continuously get Sinusitus - now I am doing great. I still have allergies but they are easily treated with nose spray and sinus washes.

The doctor had far too much ego, kept asking questions in a way that made me feel like he didn't think I was telling the truth. He made a diagnosis rather quickly including prescribing medicine I won't take because of other health issues. Terrible experience.
