Dr. Paul Topf, MD

The office was clean and orderly. The staff was courteous and helpful and very professional. Dr Topf, while clearly busy, took time to answer my questions and explain my diagnosis. His staff called several places and spent a lot of time getting me in for the soonest MRI possible. As I waited, I witnessed Dr Tropf treat a very elderly man with wonderful kindness, and helped his staff find a place in his schedule and got him in for another appointment ASAP. He then went on to take a call about a mutual patient from another doctor. While on that call, his secretary received another called from a different dr for a different patient. All of this while also seeing patients. I read all the reviews and felt the need to combat the ones that said he had horrible bedside manner. He is matter of fact and has to be to give the quality of actual medical care he provides. He isn't probably going to chat about things that are not pertinent to your visit. He is a busy professional, excellent at his… job and appropriately polite given the setting. I saw him go the "extra mile" and experienced that myself with the MRI scheduling. Come in with that expectation and you will leave happy.

His staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Topf seemed professional and understood what I needed to have done. He explained things clearly and made me feel at ease.

This was my first time to this doctor, I was referred to him by my primary Dr due to fluid behind my left ear. This Dr was very cold and didn't explain anything about what to expect after having a tube placed in my left ear. I was just given ear drops and told to return in 4 weeks for a follow up. It has been 2 weeks and still have muffled hearing in my left ear and every time I call his office, they tell me it's normal and to put more drops in my ear. They did move my appt up to this coming Friday, but I am very unhappy with this Dr. His bedside manner sucks. They need to do something. I could hear out of this ear before the tube and now it's muffled. If I loose my hearing or have to live like this after I was told it would help, ill sue.

He is a "tell it like it is" Dr and I personally find that great. He is experienced, professional, and straight to the point. Thought he was great!

i brought my 87 year old dad to see Dr Toph. He was one of the ruddest Dr I have ever met. It's pretty sad when you have to treat a crippled old in this manner. I would never recommend him to anyone. He should not be dealing with the public with his attitude.

I'm very unhappy with these people. My visit was 50/50. Everyone was completely miserable except the awesome lady who gave me the hearing test. I made it through the appointment and ended up cackling back a week or so later bc my symptoms changed and I was in pain. The lady on the phone offered me 1 day of appointments to choose from I told her they wouldn't work out and we sat in silence for a good minute and I proceeded to say I guess ill just live with the pain. Her response was.. Ok. Bye. I'm apauled. One of your patients just called because they are in pain and you just let them go with no fight. Didn't offer a different appointment or anything. This is a joke.

I was referred to Dr. Topf by another Doctor who had been misinformed about what procedures he did. Dr. Topf took it upon himself to tell me this and did not charge me for my appointment. Although he examined me and gave me his opinion of the best treatment for me. I've never been treated so well by any Dr. His staff went out of their way to call another Doctor for me as well. Just amazing!

This was my first time seeing this dr. I was very disappointed with the lack of attention I was given. He took a throat culture & never explained why & what the reason behind it was. I was in and out of the office in 20 min. As I was asking questions he had his hand on the door to leave. I had a Friday afternoon appt. & felt that he just wanted me out as quick as possible. Will not go back.
