Very unprofessional! I showed up for my scheduled colonoscopy after taking a day off from work and doing all the fasting and prep work (which is not a picnic)and was told that my appointment had been canceled. I am LIVID! Their excuse was that I did not call the week before to confirm my appointment. They left me a courtesy voice mail reminder of the appointment which said nothing about canceling my appointment if I did not call back. An email reminder which they sent had instructions for an app to use for messaging which I used to confirm my appointment. I was flat at told by the front desk receptionist that they do not check the app messages. So evidently they don't know how to use the technology that they say is available to their patients. So unprofessional! My husband says I dodged a bullet. He wouldn't want them putting me under anesthesia if they don't even know how to check messages on an app. or have the courtesy to leave a message via email or an old fashioned phone call to… let me know that they had canceled my appointment. Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!

Terrible service I asked several times forms of payment accepted. I did not want to use my HSA card so I decided to use care credit for my procedure. They advised when I got to my appointment that my care card didn’t work, it needed a logo of some sort. Which was untrue. I went right down the street to my doctor and asked them about my care credit card and they stated it’s the right card and it works. Long story short this doctors office in incompetent and racist. They didn’t want to serve me because I am African American I was referred to this doctor and THE DOCTOR may be a good one but his staff is terrible. I wouldn’t trust them with a finger prick. Like I said racist, do not speak English well and clearly WET. I will be contacting the BBB and any other medical domain I can to report them.

We have seen the doctor's once and he requested some test and blood-work to be conducted. We contacted the doctor's office to request information and details that were omitted during visit, the receptionist Michelle took our call, when I was trying to explain her what information I didn't get, she told me to calm down and basically shut me out, stating "You don't understand"- Wow that's the reason why I called you, didn't get that?- with arrogant attitude to me, customer and caregiver of the senior patient, we close the call and hang up the phone. Three times we call in two weeks and information was provided each time in pieces, for sure details were not clear, hence the reasons of the calls. She even dare to said If I was bilingual, because apparently I don't understand english? Does it event matter if I am bilingual? Cannot they provide information? Every single time we called the office every single time was the same arrogant, bad mood and defensive attitude from Front Desk Ms… Michelle, she also decide to take patient family members info to complaint about me specifically instructing them to talk to me because apparently I was rude (do you think my family believe her? Of course not!), is this what you do with patient private information? How I am confident that your staff is not using this information for other purposes? So unprofessional! This is a clinic not high school. I am not confident to even come back to this place. Front desk, receptionist and staff are the the face to Customer, are the face to ensure Patients Confidence and Quality of Doctor's office, therefore, we didn't continue with the doctor.

Had couple of office visits and EGD with Dr. Pedro, very nice and experience doctor. However, when dealing with an overcharge in their bill yesterday, the experience the incompetent staffs went to really bad. I offered them the EOB from insurance company which clearly indicates the codes with explanations for those charges I should not pay. After talking with couple people and finally they let the lady on the window handle the issue. She was not only impatient and arrogant, but also incompetent - knowing nothing about insurance policy and the patient financial liability policy. She pretended she knew the rules and insisted those charges should be my responsibility because insurance company did not pay. Total waist of my time!

Treated badly by staff. Almost 3 hour wait time. Wouldn’t dare go back

Lady at front desk is rude and basically accused me of lying when I told her they forgot to let me know when I was able to go visit in recovery. She said that’s not possible because she doesn’t forget.

Practiced Gastro and colonocopy test.Good;detail findings and explanation on what was going on, very professional and very caring.Was out of the USA when my doctor recommended that I follow this procedure; appointment coordination with Dr. Arguello's office was immaculate; very good.cv
