Dr. Peter Roque Aldana, MD

Dr Aldana is great. I would recommend him to anyone. It took alot of years to find the right doctor. He is the first doctor to actually address all of my symptoms, give me the correct test and put me on the right medication. He continues to help with all of my problems and I am very grateful. He obviously cares about his patients and it shows in his caring manner.

I had an appointment today with Dr Aldana. I have never had such an uncaring exerience. After being questioned about my issues I felt like my physical needs were minimized by his intake person. After a long wait Dr Aldana finally came in. He was extremely dismissive and uncaring about my issues. I had to ask him numerous times to repeat himself he became arrogant and dis missive. He sent me for tests that I had only a year ago. I am looking for another doctor now that can listen and understands my problem and needs and not a doctor that doesn’t look at recent results. I have never been treated like this in my life. He would have been given a O if the rating was also.

Seen Dr. Aldana three times. Authorized a lot of unnecessary testes like sleep studies which is a waste of time. The wait time for an appointment is horrible everybody has an 3 o'clock appointment and I always wait two hours before getting seen and it's an rush when he reviews your files. An appointment is not an appointment "two and a half hours wait time in lobby" **update** Just received a call from Dr. Peter Aldana office to terminate me as a patient because I wrote a review about my visit as a patient three years ago. No discussion or concerns about why I felt the way I did as a patient. Did not want to address the issue. She said "if you're not happy with us found someone else to treat you" because you're not welcome here. This is very sad in this provider to cancel patients because they comment about the service that was performed for them.

Very poor experiences, looking for new neurologist. He wants multiple visits so that he can file multiple claims. Lost the DMV form I took to office, I had to contact the DMV and have new one sent to me, filled out, took to office with addressed, stamped, envelope. Weeks passed. Yesterday, drove there and sat in office 3 hours before I was seen, told them I was driving illegally on suspended license, must fill out TODAY. I was charged $20 for a co-pay and $35 for his signature. Impossible to get messages to nurse, Lynette (the one good staff member), couldn't get scripts filled, tested two times for neuropathy, was diagnosed, only to be told "there is no way to treat it." Constant merry-go-round, reported to insurance company, was sent to grievances, investigation launched for fraud.

To be in business for over 30 years and got a 3.2 out of 5.0 rating and only 32 reviews. Only 12 out of 32 rated good is A RED FLAG in itself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE at ALL COST!

Rude and unprofessional. A disgrace to the Filipino race and medical field. My suggestion is to go to someone else no matter how far you have to drive. I have never ever seen anything like this office!

He is very kind and considerate. Always willing to help

THE WORST DOCTOR I'VE EVER BEEN TO. He never explained the series of tests he was going to run. Seems he runs a lot of tests to get more money. If you need to run an EMG then why run a test before it doing the same thing???? To get more money. Wait forever for your appt. Dr. cancelled last week cause he was "sick". One week later I go in for my appointment and it is over a 2 hour wait. Had another appt so I couldn't wait. NOW I have to wait a month. All because he was "sick". Office also said they did not get my test results. The diagnostic center showed me proof that it was sent to him several hours before I asked. Worst office personnel ever!!!!! That just makes it that much worse. I would not waste my money. New insurance next year thank GOD

This doctor never follows up when he says he will call you. Very disappointed.

Dr. Aldana referred me to a neurosurgeon and the office manager was supposed to make the appointment, she did not. Two weeks passed and I called again and she assured me she would make it that day. A week later I called the surgeons office and they had not sent the MRI. I called Dr. Aldana's office and the manager would not let me finish a sentence, kept saying nonono. I went to the office to get my records where she started lecturing me and I told her to shut up and give me my records. She only gave me my MRI records and I said, NO! Give me all my records, you're fired. She is rude, and watching her pants fall off her was unprofessional to say the least
