Dr. Phillip Yeu Shing Shou, MD

Dr. Shou is the best Physician I've met in my life. I've been going to him for 22 years. His practice was very small then and he was still working in the ER at John Randolph Hospital in Hopewell. The first time I went to see him for me and not my son, he diagnosed something that no other Dr. diagnosed correctly, and has ever since. The only problem is he is an hour drive away from me now. I still can't seem to change Dr's. I thought I might have to because of my Insurance, but they are hanging in with the stupid insurance I have for now. Keep it up Dr. Shou!!

I have been to Dr. Shou's office several times. I don't know why I keep going back. He has poor beside manner. He does not listen. He has given me medicine that had nothing to do with my symptoms because he wasn't listening. He always goes back and forth to other exam rooms during my visit and rushes me out with getting to the bottom of my problem. I went in and said I was short of breath and not once duringnthe visit did he listen to my chest. He has also forgotten me in the exam room until a nurse found me when she came in to clean and sent him back in. When my husband's insurance changes, I will be shopping around for a quality doctor.

I have been going to this DR for a while and i just think he is a really bad DR he has NO bedside manner, he dosen't listen and he rushes you out aside from alot of other things. He is one of those DR's that is only in it for the money! I have been in there before for a broken foot and was told i had an ear and sinus infection and he didnt even check my foot nor did i really have a ear or sinus infection. I would suggest if you are looking for a DR you keep looking.
