Dr. Preston Carpenter Sprenkle, MD

My dad was treated and had surgery with this group! The didn't return calls when he had post-surgery issues even when he ws re-admitted into the hospital. The office staff is rude and make it a habit of only returning calls to their patients 10 mintues before the office closes so when one calls back the office is closed for the day and there is no one to answer questions. This practice would rather send people to the emergnecy room then take of them so, If I could give Dr, Sprenkle and his staff zero stars, I would.

Was recommended by another top-notch urologist. Felt I was in the best of hands as soon as I met him. A great surgeon and doctor.

When I was greeted by Dr. Sprenkle I felt at ease he reassured me that I was in good hands. when I went to his office the first time he explained all my options and how to treat each option effectively. I went to other doctors and they had only offered me a surgery option. Dr. Sprenkle gave me three more options and surgery was the last one. With Dr. Sprenkle's care and treatment I am now on a watch list and might not have to get surgery for many years to come. In my opinion he is the only doctor I trust to treat me, he has expert advice that is second to none and really cares for his patients.

Dr Sprenkle treated me as though I were his only patient and spent whatever time needed to answer my many questions and address my concerns . He performed a prostate biopsy and he and his most capable staff did everything possible to make the experience as tolerable as possible. I highly recommend Dr Sprenkle.
