Dr. Priti Sud

This office staff is very unfriendly and not professional at all. The manager Sue does not hold any of her staff accountable and is very patronizing and is very dismissive to any complaint she receives. The admistrative practice is very disfunctional and it's clearly a reflection of terrible leadership. The staff will tell you whatever is convenient for them, factual or not. The staff seems be very incompetent and clearly does not have the moral values it requires to manage patients. They will lie about sending requested records or information to your insurance company or office policy. They will not even return your call even after they promise to call you back. They will lose your records and or information you've submitted and pretend they never received it and manipulate the situation to make is some how the patients fault. I feel this office staff discriminates and does not seem to treat ALL PEOPLE with the same level of respect. Please Be Warned !!

Misdiagnosed me for many years. Just found out an an ER I have pancolitis.. agonizing pain for so long and blamed it on cannabis hyperemesis.. very disappointed and may need my colon removed now.

She was fast and efficient, very likeable.

I had been a patient of Dr. Sud prior to moving to another state for a year. While away I developed some chronic intestinal issues and was seeing a gastroenterologist while away. It was so bad I thought I was slowly dying. I could go nowhere with confidence that I would not suffer and embarrassing and most uncomfortable episode. By the time that doctor gave 6 different meds to address the problem without feeling any better - actually worse - I decided to move back to Mesa. Thankfully, Dr. Sud was able to see me within a few days of returning. She diagnosed me with an overabundance of infection. Within a short period of time what she prescribed for me starting actually healing me! Within a couple of weeks I as so very much better and eventually needed no extra help. I had my life back. I can now leave home feeling well and able to go and do whatever I want for however I want to be gone from home. She gave that to me. Even though I had been seeing another gastroenterology… specialist in another state, that did not happen. Having the right doctor who knows the answers to bring healing has literally given me my life back. I thank her in my heart each time I go spend time away from home with family and friends. I absolutely recommend Dr. Priti Sud to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and caring gastroenterologist. Her personality is most pleasant and congenial. I love her as my doctor!

I felt as if she was not listening to my issues and kept bringing up unrelated issues, asking if I had health insurance or was going to lose my health insurance. Ultimately she was not helpful and was quite rude.

I saw another gastroenterologist for about a year, but was not getting better. That doctor had me on 6 different foods, over the counter medications and prescriptions. Despite all my efforts, I was still getting worse and worse. I began to think that I could never be normal again and trust myself to be able to leave the house since I was always so sick with unpredictable bowel problems. I decided to see Dr. Priti Sud. She listened to me. After considering all that I had been suffering, she put me on a totally different medication and IT WORKED! I not only felt relief from all the pain, bloating and the problem of dealing with my condition but in a little bit of time I began to feel whole and well. My digestive tract was working properly again. WHAT A RELIEF! I had my life back. I could go and do what I like and not worry about dealing with my complications in public. My "overabundance of bacterial infection" was being properly treated by her. You cannot imagine how good… that felt! I am so glad to have Dr. Sud as my doctor. She is not only personable and caring, she made the correct diagnosis and decision regarding my health. I am so very grateful to have her as my doctor. She was the one who was knowledgeable to treat my out-of-control condition. I am more than happy to recommend her to anyone who reads this response.

Never had a doctor that's constantly runs behind schedule.... not been a pleasant experience my last 2 and only visits here so far

This is my initial colonoscopy, but not the first I have seen ( I am an RN). At initial visit I felt like there would be time for any more questions I had. She and staff explained things well (they did not know I was an RN). Usual pre-test visit, exceptional post test visit. Follow up phone call with results. As far as I can tell accurate results. Very nice experience.

after intial visit, could have cared less about me! have been in pain for 1 week after seeing dr. went to hosp. and got my own test results, and when I called the office asking about results, hey didn,t know what I was talking about!! Wouldn,t take my cat to this dr.
