I was a patient for two years. I do not feel the doctor knows a lot about the illness ?sclerdoma? which is a fatal condition. She treated me like I was a number. Her office staff is extremely rude and they never answer the phone or return messages. I am disabled and I do not have a car so it was hard to get there. I missed some time but they also cancelled on me so many times and told me that I can not be seen if I didn’t pay co pay of $30. I begged for help. I asked to give me a month to pay it which they refused to treat me and continue my care. I never received one bill from them yet they were coming up with all these charges when it was months since I was seen. It took me a year just to get a itimezed statement showing all charges and they were charging my insurance for visits that I was there. They don’t accept telephone visits yet they were charging me for it. They lack empathy for their patients and their troubles. This Doctor abandoned my care and charged my insurance for… visits. I never was there. I am filing a claim with the medical board and hiring an attorney.
