i need an appointment because the other physician i feel didnt really address the problem and ms talupe was my pcp before and she is the best,

I had to select one star, but if it were up to me, there would be no stars to give. She would prescribe me medications that do not even help, no progress at all. After taking multiple health tests, she asks me what the results are. As a physician, aren't you suppose to check my results (charts from the file) and see what needs to be taken care of? When it comes to patient care, she would observe you from afar...aren't you suppose to physically check the lungs, blood sugar, heart rate, etc? I usually wait for 40 minutes before its my turn, when its my turn the process only takes 5 minutes! I rather rely on the computer to know what is wrong with my health, not for only getting the information fast but also an accurate response. She tends to overlook alarming health issues! Horrible, just plain horrible. Save yourself some time and your health and do not go to this doctor. Please. I made the right decision to leave and find another.

Dr. Tulpule has been my internist for over 20 years. I'd recommend her to anyone.

I had no trouble getting an appointment at Dr. Tulpule's office on 4th Street in Covina. The medical assistants and nurses were very kind and helpful, and I waited less than 10 minutes until the doctor could see me, which wasn't bad. I've been to many doctors for my high blood pressure and arthritis, which I've had for years, and most doctors have rushed through the office visits and just prescribe me medicines. Dr. Tulpule took the time to go through my entire chart and was very helpful. She explained to me all the different things I could do to help bring my blood pressure down, and also explained why I needed to take certain medicines. I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Tulpule is excellent. Very caring and doesn't try to rush you out of the room.

Overall, I would say she's just ok. It's pretty easy getting an appoinment there and there isn't usually much wait in the waiting room. However, soon a nurse would tell me it's ok to come into a room and I'll end up waiting there a good 10 mins before the doc shows up. Once there, it feels she rather rushes through.Something I didn't like: My finger swells up and at first she says calluses. Okay. Next time I show up I mention to her again that my finger still swells up, and without explanation she brings out the freeze-off wart-remover stuff and uses it on me. Seemed to me she just wanted me out of there. I tell her I'm always cold and people think it's cuz I'm too thin, she says I should eat more high-calorie ice cream. Used cotton balls not thrown in trash can (to staunch up puncture mark?). Time to get a new doc.

Dr. Tulpule is the most caring, thoughtful physician I have known. She truly cares about her patients and will go the extra mile to assist & comfort patients in need. I selected my current HMO based on the fact that she is in their network.

Dr Tulpule is an excellent doctor. She is concerned about the "whole patient." Even when I leave a message she gets back to me the same day. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
