Dr. Rajiv Puri, MD

Dismissed my father as "healed" from a hip fracture after 6 months though he was in such pain. Gave him a pain prescription and told him not to return sine he was healed. Front office staff cold and indifferent. Subsequently my father consulted an orthopedic surgeon in Loma Linda who took one x-ray and found the joint had disintegrated which is why he was in so much pain. He removed the original hardware, did a hip replacement. My father felt little pain after the surgery than he did months before.

Dr. Puri has been great. Thorough and pleasant. Found a different issue by accident but he and staff handled that also. Very thankful.. The staff is nice in person and over the phone. Awaiting spine surgery now. Feeling optimistic??

The Doctor can be O.K. but your staff belongs in a correctional facility and NOT in a Doctors office with the responsibility of caring for the sick and injured. They treat you like inmates, as if we are all poor quality human beings and that you just did something nasty instead of being a polite patient. I had my office visit with the doctor interrupted by a loud, disruptive,suspicious staff member that seemed to think that I was ripping her off. I told her that my insurance information was updated 2 times this week each time I signed in and no one was interested. I put it in writing. She interrupted my treatment and talked to me like I was a lying inmate and actually suggested that I assume some of her clerical responsibility's right in front of the Doctor. Shola, Amber, Desiree, especially Julian, Joslyn, NONE OF YOU have any business caring for the sick, injured or otherwise!!!!!!! YOU ARE CRAP!!

I feel he is an excellent doctor. His office is ran extremely professional. Dr Puri is always courteous as well as his staff.going there is always welcoming it's like being among family. He has performed several surgeries on me with great success. I highly recommend this doctor. Sincerely Diana mallard

I had been in a wheelchair for 2 and a half years before I saw Dr. Puri. He scheduled me for surgery promptly and within a month I was able to stand and walk some. He is kind and answers all my questions. The only thing I dislike is the long wait.

Ihave known Dr. Rajiv Puri as a colleague as well as a family Orthopedic surgeon taking care of my family and friends for quite some time. He is highly trained in Spine and Joint Replacements. He has done spine surgery at two of my friend and joint replacements on at least three family member. They all had excellent outcome and were very well taken care of by Dr puri and his staff. They are compassionate, honest, helpful and they care for their patients. I will surely recommendDr Puri to any of my family and friends. Dr Puri we all love you.

My father had severe lowback and leg pain due pinching of many nerves. We consuted severra medical professionals but of no help. Then we got referred to Dr. Puri by a family friend. Dr Puri made the right diagnosis carried out the sugery on my fathers' back and he felt better immediately afterwards and was able to go home walking the next day. He is now 6 months after surgery and is doing most of the daily activities without restriction. We are very happy with Dr Puri and his expertise in spinal surgery for which he is highly recommended in the high desert.

I had my back surgery done by Dr Puri and he did a wonderful job I'm very pleased with the outcome. He takes the time to listen to all of my questions and i highly recommend him to anyone who needs surgery.

Couldnt find the problem and then did the surgery. Without any results.
