Dr. Rakhi Sudhir Shah, MD

If I could give zero stars, I would. She is completely dismissive of patient choice or preference and thinks she owns the birth space. Heaven forbid you question her or go against what she wants. As a doula, I always remind my clients that everything is their choice, not the medical staff's. This doctor just tries to sneak things in without explanation or asking. She made a complaint about me because I would ask my client if what the doctor was doing was (without proper consent) was what she wanted. If I wasn't there and no one stopped her to make sure whatever she was doing was what the patient wanted, she would be asaulting them since they did not give consent. Unfortunately, I'm sure this is what she is doing when an advocate isn't present or if the patient doesn't know any better. She is a prideful, uncompassionate disgrace of a doctor. Run away!!

Arrogant and dismissive of anything but what she believes

Bedside manner was really cold and stoic. I waited over a 1hr 15 minutes to be seen. I was late and expected to wait but for that long , I felt like I was being punished. She never took a look at me which is uncommon for me, she just typed on her computer , never even shook my hand.

Unfortunately I’ve had to see her three times. She was highly unprofessional, terrible bedside manner. She acted as though I’ve wasted her time.. I’m glad she’s not my actual OB

Helped me through two miscarriages, a dnc, and eventually delivered baby #2. She always explains what is going on and gives me a chance to all any questions. I have never felt rushed while she was talking with me.

I am so thankful for Dr. Shah. Thanks to her, I was able to be at ease during my pregnancy.

Not sure if she was out to deliver a baby, no explanation given.

Poor follow up. Says she will do something and don't, the nurses are also very rude and difficult to work with.

She is an awesome doctor!!!!

I do not have anything nice to say. She is an ok Dr. however she has a horrible personality and bedside manner.
