Dr. Rama Thiru Pathi, MD

Well I had hand surgery in 2022 after the surgery i had to go to the ER Because my hand got an infection saw me a couple of times so before my third appointment the.office send me a notice that they did not take my insurance...He referred to to another orthopedic close by who would take my insurance when I saw that new Dr. He told me after he read the procedure that Dr. PATHI DONE ON ME ..the New Dr. Said that it didn't not.look to him like he had done anything he wrote down on paper...the pin on my hand was coming out of my hand . I had to go back to the primary dr.. and I was sent my to Loma linda to take it out....PLEASE DO NOT GO with this Dr. ?? he needs to retire quickly

Dr.Pathy is one of the best doctors I've met. He has been treating my wife. The only negative thing is his office staff have to be just as bad as he is good. You need to call every day to make sure they do what they say they've done. And don't even ask them to make a phone call. So if you go here you better be good on the phone!

The last time I went in I waited in the waiting room for almost two hours past my appointment time, even though I was early. After that I waited in the exam room for another forty five minutes before seeing the PA for 5 min and the doc for about 30 seconds before I was rushed out of the office. On my third visit they didn't even know why I was there and didn't remember ordering tests until they actually looked at my record. The doctor then said I need physical therapy but said that it wouldn't fix my problem. He didn't seem to care that I have been dealing with this forever now and that is getting worse. Three weeks after the visit after numerous calls they still hadn't submitted anything to my insurance company for physical therapy even though I was told numerous times they would. I have had many more problems with them and decided that I need a second opinion.

First 3 visits only saw a P.A., he did all the work. Only saw Dr. Pathi for many 10 minutes 4 days before surgery. Saw him briefly before surgery and my first follow up visit was 7 weeks later. My 2nd follow up was 10 weeks after that appointment. His staff is so incompetent that they kept contacting my former primary care doctor for 5 months after I repeatedly told them of the change. My last appointment had me waiting over an hour to just get into the exam room and then I waited another 30 minutes before Dr. Pathi showed up. This is standard procedure from what I have seen for the past 6 months.

I have been seeing Dr, Pathi for about 6 months and I am awaiting surgery, I have only met him once but , he seemed to care and listened well and didn't rush me. I have been to physical therapy and the entire physical therapy staff is awesome, however his office staff is totally inept. I have never seen an office run so poorly... Dr . Pathi stated he wanted me to have x-rays and an MRI done on my elbow, the office was to send a request to my insurance I had the x-ray done immediately as they sent in that request to my insurance, but I wasn't so lucky with the MRI for nearly a month I called at least once a week always being assured that the matter would be handled, this went on for about 5 weeks I have finally had the MRI but must now wait to see him. I also brought them in my disability forms which needed to be filled out within 20 day's which I told the staff they assured me it would be done, it wasn't done for about 6 weeks meanwhile my disability insurance was cancelled and I am… now appealing the action. He really needs to clean house!

I love Dr Pathi and his staff..

good doctor and fantastic surgeon, easy to understand and work with workers comp reports good and timely ; state disability and other insurance claims can be slow at recieving. other than that he is great Doctor.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff does not follow up with claims. We at this time have no money because of his staff.

STAFF UNPROFESSIONAL, OFFICE DIRTY, TREATMENT LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED!! IF NOT FOR THE MEDICAL GROUP BEING JUST AS HARD TO DEAL WITH WOULD NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR EVER!!!

This Doctor is HORRIBLE, do not go here!!He not only doesn't care about the patient he is inept. His staff is just as bad. Pathi is only about the money...BEWARE!!
