Excellent bedside manner, thorough, caring, knowledgeable. I see him in two locations, and it is worth the wait to have a qualified doctor. Monterey Park location could use remodeling, but the doctors matter more to me than the decor and amenities.

Terrible experience I have never waited over 2 hrs. Waited to long to turn back! The staff is so rude and tacky. The worst experience i have ever had in a doctors office.

The office is very old and not very professional. Waited 2 hours in the lobby while an annoyingly loud woman in a lab coat was supposedly teaching nutrition is Spanish as she peddled supplement products, religious items (framed psalms), granola bars to the patients. Very tacky if you ask me.

Had no problem with the short wait. TV in waiting room. Multicultural service. Treated me with professionalism. Will go back if needed.

I took my father in to see this doctor because my father has trigger finger. We came 15 minutes early for the appointment but still had to wait over 2.5 hours before we were seen. The doctor came in, diagnosed my father with trigger finger, and left all within 5 minutes! My father's insurance allows for a 1 hour consultation. I know this because I work in the medical field. The doctor also asked us to come back in 2 weeks for a follow-up for the trigger finge shot. We waited for over 1 month but didn't get any call back at all. Tried calling the office several times but the staff always gave the run around. So awful. Worse experience of my life in a doctor's office.
