Dr. Ramon Gilberto Reyes Almodovar, MD

My husband and I both feel so very blessed to have found Dr. Reyes. He diagnosed our ailments with ease and recommended treatments and referrals - including situations where other doctors offered no hope. He is friendly, most experienced, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We couldn’t have wanted a better doctor. Praise God!

The wait can be long, but he is an excellent doctor.

I have never posted any reviews before, unfortunately I feelcompelled to write one today. Dr. Reyes has been our doctor for about15 years, he is a very good doctor. My complaint is not about the doctor, it's about their other service. I called to request an appointment for a meningitis shot for my daughter and was told that we could go to the after hour clinic( use to be the urgent care). No appointment required and office would be opened until 8pm. We got there at 7:45pm and we were told that they saw their last appointment at 7:30 pm. Next day I spoke to the office manager and he said he would reserve a vial for us and that we could return the next day at the walk-in office which closes at 8pm. We returned the next day and I called the receptionist (April 25, 21012) to let her know we were around the corner. We got there at 7:32 pm and the door was locked. No one answered the phone after 7:30pm. The information on the door indicates the office is opened till 8 pm! Needless to say, I… had enough and have since decided to change providers. This was not the only incident, had problems before trying to get referrals. Some of the staff are not very friendly.

CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT DR IS SAYING. NO BEDSIDE MANNER

Dr Reyes is so compassionate and caring. I have never been to a Doctor that actually cares about me.

Dr Reyes is a caring attentive physician. I am a nurse and have dealt with physicians for many years. This doctor spends time and takes a personal interest in your well being. I found him to be honest and very knowledgable

so...you might have to wait an hour should a medical emergency comes in that sets dr. reyes behind. but when your turn comes, you will be given his full time and attention. you will not feel rushed and pushed thru like cattle. he is kind, caring and compassionate. he will go above and beyond to help you...he treats you as a human being, an equal, not like he is the great almight doctor and you are a peon. i would wait all day if i had to...because i know when i see him, i will be treated well. he does not waste your money trying obvious things that won't work. he gets directly to your problem. he also has an urgent care clinic, his own xray and lab. a wonderful human being...the world would be a better place if there were more "dr. reyes" in it...as people and as doctors. i have multiple major medical problems. at 53 i had to become medically retired...he did everything possible and rather than 2 years it typically takes, i was social security disabled in 2 months. even dr… reyes was surprised...he said that was unheard of in all his time as a dr. God bless dr. reyes. there are some problems with staff...confusion...turnover. but each dr that works there along with reyes all have the same courtesy and compassion for their patients.
