Dr Raul Rojas

Dr. Rojas is an incredibly compassionate and dedicated physician who truly cares about his patients. He always takes the time to check in on your overall well-being before addressing any medical concerns, which makes you feel valued and heard. He delivered both of my children (in 2006 and 2013), and in 2010 he helped me successfully overcome pre-cancerous cells. His expertise and support during those important moments in my life meant so much to me. I’ve even referred a co-worker who was new to the area, and she has been just as happy with his care. Dr. Rojas is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever encountered, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything he has done for me and my family.

I have tried to get with Dr. Rojas for a prescription he advise that I could get if needed, just to call the office and request it. So that’s exactly what I did. I have spoke to the receptionist Savannah several times about my urgent matter. It was to help with my fibroid that has caused a life threatening situation and all she said was that she would rely the message to the doctor and as several days passed she never got back with me. Today I called to ask for an appointment for my prescription refill that the ER had prescribed me and the last doctor visit I had with Dr. Rojas, he had that in my chart. Not only that I made several calls to ask her she then stated to find another doctor that had another appointment for me. I am self-pay and this’s how they treat you. If the doctor cares about his patients he would not have her working for him. She doesn't care for anyone's life threatening situation more less if you need to see the doctor urgently. I as a business owner would not have… someone like her ruining my reputation in my business. And if anyone needs to know of a new doctor's office that has staff that cares let me know because I know of a new place. When you call them you will noticed the difference on how they tend to you over the phone and help you, that is the place anyone would like to be at. I will be sending a grievance over in regards to her attention and how she fails to get back with patient on a life threatening matter. The state board needs to be informed about these types of MA'S that have a license and they don't care for the patients.

I had called in more than once to make an appt and they don't want to bill me w insurance I have, therefore having a hard time w receptionist I asked to speak to office manager, she too had an attitude then frwd me back to front desk where that lady argued with me and told me I could do whatever I wanted to do and she hung up on me. Literally hung up on me. He may be a great dr and all but you deal with these women more than dr most of the time and if I were him I would look into changing staff because no one deserves to be treated this way. Especially pregnant women who are struggling. These horrible women ruined my day.

Must to change Manager Adriana Nieto she is bad person with patients.closes the patient information much change other staff, takes advantage of the Confienza doctor to do bad things. Go no good as a professional. !!!

I absolutely loved Dr. Rojas. He delivered both of my little girls.. first in 2008 and the second in 2012. He is a wonderful doctor, took great care of me, made me feel like family not just some patient. It is so cool how my oldest got to meet him and they have a special bond as he took care of me thru my second pregnancy. The staff was very friendly and my sister is having her first baby and about to start going to him as well. He was recommended by a friend and I will continue to pay it forward! He is a special man indeed!

I love Dr. Rojas! He was my doctor for my second kid, and I wouldn't have any other OB. He spoke to me as if I am a human being, which is not something I get from my PCP.

Dr. Rojas is deplorable and honestly can't take his patients seriously and his staff is atrocious. My medicine was usually called in three days after visit, after reassurance it was called in same day of visit. After questioning his practice Dr. Rojas cancelled my prescription out of vengeance. That particular medication was to prevent me going into pre-term labor. Carmen ( receptionist)hung up in my face when I called requesting to speak with doctor. She also hung up In my fiances face as well. I am now in limbo with insurance company trying to get another obgyn. Did I mention I am now in my 20th week of pregnancy attempting to find a new obgyn?! I am in the process of filing a formal complaint against this doctor. Him nor his staff should be allowed to treat patients this way. Upon our last visit I recorded our session and the horrible interaction with staff. Please do your research he has numerous horrible reviews.

Dr. Rojas should be ashamed of himself for both his staff and his behavior. Medications never called in and then cancelled once you have made complaint. Please look horrible reviews regarding doctor and staff every bit of them are true!

Office staff is extremely unprofessional and even rude. It is very likely that you will not receive any acceptable customer service in this office as the staff is not capable of it.

I recently had a procedure done waiting on a response from the Dr. When i did get a response finally! I was contacted by one of his office staff very rude!I was told that they didnt have no record of the procedure. I was very upset at that point! I Didn't have a clue what she was talking about. Very unprofessional! I wouldn't recomend anyone to Dr. Rojas's office! I wouldn't want someone else to go thru what I have had to go thru! I'm still having nightmares of disbelief from this Dr. office!
