ABSOLUTELY Horrible People in the Front office and How they answer the phone They are Extremely Rude and Extremely unethical and Extremely unprofessional!! Nasty Attitude!!!

Amazing doctor with so much patience and understanding. You have listened and have explained what has and will happen next in regards to my care. You have taken my health seriously. I have been scared, but it’s nice having a doctor that you can trust that you are in good hands. Thank you very much.

Dr. Ravi Patel is hands-down the most uncaring, arrogant, mean, and discourteous doctor I have ever had the misfortune of being under the care of. As the younger doctor in the practice, he treats you more like an employee than a patient as he calls you into his office to sit at the foot of his desk, rather than in the examine room for every appointment. He always made me feel as if I were in the principal's office, for he accused me of lying, questioned me to find something I was hiding, and was always stern and cross with me about my diagnosis. He never listened to my symptoms, but instead TOLD me what I was experiencing, and further argued with me when I disputed. He took my license away and flat out refused to help me when I needed him to sign paperwork to excuse me from jury duty since he took my license. I finally saw another neurologist who took the time to actually listen to me and he, not only gave me my license back, but gave me a different diagnosis. I would sincerely suggest… seeking treatment elsewhere than from someone who does not care about you or what symptoms you are actually experiencing.

After going years of having strange symptoms and episodes, i was misdiagnosed repeatedly, Dr patel was called into the hospital to give his opinion, he started running several tests instead of guessing, discovered i was having multiple strokes, seizures, and 2 brain aneurisms. Finally getting answers was a major relief off my mind! Dr Ravi Patel is the true life Dr house!

Doctor is very professional and easy to communicate with. Front office needs some help, I had an appointment and they canceled (I understand it happens). I had to reschedule meetings and get peers to cover for me so I could attend the new appointment. That is not easy. Late that afternoon the front office canceled again. Too much work to undo what I had just got workout four hours earlier with my peers. We found a doctor down at Loma Linda. It’s a bit of a drive but hopefully they don’t cancel twice in less than 6 hours. I’m supposed to get all my records from Dr. Patel to take to Loma Linda hopefully the front office can provide those to me without a hassle??. Again Doctor good but the whole experience not so good.

Dr. Patel was kind and patient with me. He shows care and concern. I’m someone who asks questions and writes everything down as I was dealing with multiple issues. His office staff greeted me were really nice to me.

Dr R Patel seems very Knowledgeable About neurology. When you explain to him your symptoms he doesn’t just give up, he keeps looking and looking find what the problem is. He did the angiogram on me the other day and did not find anything. After researching and looking over the Angiogram He found that I had a brain Aneurysm now we’re going to the next step. One step at a time when we find out completely everything.

Dr. Ravi is awesome at his job.

Went to him for bad headaches got run arounds. Staff can't do a referral right. Redid my appointments and waiting to have test done. Still in pain!
