Dr. Raymond Vincent Paolini JR., MD

Dr. PAOLINI AMD HIS OFFICE COST ME MY JOB!! They lead me on for almost 2 weeks stating the paperwork my employer required would be filled out. They do not return phone calls. On my 4th call to them they still were writing me out of work for the same time but refused to do the papers. They would only fax a note which I explained my employer would not accept. I explained it would cost me my job, they just didn't care. I paid them $155 out of pocket and they couldn't take 5 min to fill out paperwork so I could keep my job. I have filed a complaint with the Office of Professional misconduct as well as the NYS Medical Board. I have also contacted an attorney. Worst Doctors office I have ever dealt with, DO NOT GO TO THEM!!

Great overall experience... Dr. was very thorough in diagnosing my condition. He took numerous steps and made sure to check every possibility before providing accurate diagnosis. Guy is really analytical and smart and gave me specific treatment to resolve issue.

Cold,callous, arrogant & indifferent. He could not have cared less about me or the reason I came to him, actually acted mildly annoyed at me the whole time I was there. Egomaniac, I actually had to scoot over when he walked in the examination room so he, I & his ego could all fit. Lady at front desk was rude too. Go see another ENT, it will be worth the wait.

Staff: professional, courteous and attentive. Dr. Paolini demeanor strictly professional devoid of any pleasantries to "break the tension."

Not only is Dr. Paolini a great physician who truly has an amazing knowledge base of his speciality with years of experience to back it up but he is also a physician who truly cares about the well-being of his patient's! He is warm and takes the time to sit with them and truly listen to get at the root of the problem. Also, as a boss, he treats his staff very well, is willing to go the extra mile for them in any way they need, teaches them more about the field daily, and takes care of them and their families. There is no better ENT you could choose!!!

Dr. Paolini is an excellent physician and otolaryngologist. He possesses superior skills and conscientious. He is warm and compassionate and his staff relates well to my needs.

I have been to many ear nose and throat Dr.'s and Dr. Paolini described my situation better than anyone. He was the Dr. House of ENT's. I came from Canada to see him! Don't waste your time with anyone else!!!

Our family has been patients for several years, 4 of us had been referred to a specialist for different needs. Two of my children received ear tube/adnoid surgery. While myself and an older child received other surgical procedures for different issues. Over the past 12 years, care has remained consistent. This Dr. is extrememly intelligent, caring and we moved through these procedures with ease. Quick healing, with no complications.
