Sad to say that we learned this lesson the hard way. If I could give this place less than a 1 I most definitely would! Beginning with the office staff: we were ignored, laughed at, shown no mercy and treated unprofessionally. Even with an appointment, we were left waiting for hours before taken into a room. After called in, we still had to wait long periods of time. Many times our family member, the patient who is very ill, was left suffering from her body going numb due to the long wait times. The office staff ignored us as we pleaded for help. They went as far as going to lunch and leaving us in the wait room without a word. Keep in mind they went to lunch after 12pm yet our appointment was at 10am and yes, we were on time! Dr Geronimo: At the beginning she was very thorough, very kind and patient. Sometime later, there was a huge change. She began to cancel phone appointments, in-person appointments and refused to speak to the patient. It seemed as though she abandoned our family… member. So sad that people have no sympathy or empathy for a patient suffering so much. I guess a person who is awaiting death is not worthy of pity. We gave this office many opportunities to redeem themselves. Gave them the benefit of doubt assuming that Covid made it more difficult for them, even though this terrible behavior started WAY BEFORE COVID. If you decide to go here, I hope you don’t suffer the way we have.

Don’t know Dr Geronimo, but I have been bringing my mom for her check ups! Every time we have waited over an hour!! It is 12:00 now and my moms appt was at 10:30 and we are still waiting!! I love my mom but hate coming to this office!!

Arrived about 5 minutes before my appt. was taken to an exam room about 20 minutes later (Normal, no problem) waited in the exam room over an hour and a half. Could hear staff laughing and having a good time. Finally gave up and walked out. Never saw the Dr. Yeah, I know, there's always an excuse. No calls to offer to set up another appt. or refund my co-pay. Don't choose this Dr. or go to this facility.

This doctor and her staff a few years ago were attentive to the needs of their patients,. Now it has changed, her staff are uncaring and have attitude towards patients which eventually reflects towards the doctor. Wait time to be seen by the doctor average is 11/2 hours. Leave messages for the doctor for immediate attention regarding health issues including emergency appt after emergency hospitalization are not returned, no action on the part of the doctor. No more of patient and doctor relationship .

Once a great and attentive doctor with a friendly and helpful staff. Sadly, no longer the case in recent years. :(

I TRULY LOVE DOCTOR GERONIMO, SHE IS A VERY CLASSY LOVING DOCTOR, SHE TAKES TIME TO LISTEN TO HER PATIENTS AND SHE DOES EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO HELP THEM WITH ALL THE MEDICAL PROBLEMS ONE IS HAVING. I HAVE YET TO SEE A DOCTOR THAT IS SO VERY TRUE TO HER BELIEFS AS A PERSON AND A DOCTOR. HER PERSONALITY IS ALWAYS SO CARING AND CHEERFUL, MAY OUR HEAVENLY FATHER ALWAYS KEEP HER HEALTHY AND HAPPY FOR THOSE THAT NEED HER BECAUSE SHE TRULY IS ONE OF GODS LOVING SHEEP. LOVE YOU.... DR. We had a horrible experience with the doctor and the staffing. The doctor and the staff was unprofessional. I left messages to get things resolve but I had to threaten about the HIPAA regulations before they act on it. I will never go back here nor refer any family and friends. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism till now.

I have a very bad experience with this Doctor. I was trying to get an emergency appoint because my foot was hurting and could hardly walked and I could not get an appointment. Her office told me her next available appointment is after 3 weeks and was told to leave a message and the Doctor will call me back. I leave a message to call me back everytime I call her office. and she never return back my call. After four days I was brought to the Emergency due to unbearable pain and stayed in the hospital for overnight for observation. After coming out from the hospital I able to get an appointment with her and told why it is so hard to contact her. She told me to just leave a message and she return my call, so I told told I left numerous messages for her I even called her when I was at to hospital to inform her that I was hospitalized because she was my primary doctor. She said she check her message and start being defensive.

I was very surprise with this doctor. First of all, the wait is very long. I have to wait 1 hour at the lobby and another hour in the patient room. She always seem defensive when I'm simply asking a question. She has a very strong personality, the type of doctor that thinks she's always right. Not a very good listener. I'm afraid I cannot recommend a doctor that doesn't have a compassion for her patient.

Dr Geronimo is one of the very few doctors we know who truly cares for her patients. No matter how busy she is, she always find the time to listen, you will never get the feeling that she is hurrying up to get to the next patient. She is very smart and a very sweet doctor. I will not go to any other doctor even if I wait for a long time to see her.
