Dr. Regina Krel, MD

I trusted this office and deeply regret it. I was told by the staff that a migraine procedure (SPG block) would be covered by my insurance. Based on that assurance, I went ahead. Afterward, my insurance denied it as “experimental” — leaving me with a massive bill I never could have prepared for. I feel misled and taken advantage of. This has caused me a huge amount of stress, financially and emotionally. I would strongly urge anyone considering this office to protect themselves and verify everything directly with their insurance. Patients deserve honesty and transparency, and sadly, I did not receive that here

Dr Krel is professional, knowledge, patient, understanding, and really takes her time to explain and answer questions. I cannot recommend her enough. After seeing many neurologists for migraines Dr Krel has helped given me my life back

Dr. Krel is excellent, as is her office staff. The nurses are able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

She is terrible no affect. No direct communication if you have a problem. She doesn’t take calls or gives you her email. Your message is relayed and an answer relayed back sometimes the same day if you’re lucky. 2 appointments are necessary one Thursdays for treatment and another for treatment discussion. She closed her office to 60yr old at start of crisis. Myself and others had Togo elsewhere for treatment.

Do not recommend seeing her. She has a bad attitude, is lacking empathy and meeting her was an unpleasant experience. Would avoid if possible, there are many better docs available.
