Dr. Richard Harvey Bonder, MD

Love visiting Dr. Bonder. You don’t sit around the office waiting to be seen and once you’re in the exam room the doctor is in within a minute or two. The exam is thorough and he’ll answer all your questions. Office staff treats you like an adult, gets your next appointment scheduled and your out the door. Wish more doctors realized my time is just as important as their’s.

Receptionist (with brown hair) is HORRIBLE! She was rude to my 10 year old and no eye contact. She takes you back to the office and no communication except to slam the door to your examination room. Dr. BONDER is fine and professional. He needs to change his staff as he just lost another patient and family.

Dr.Bonder is the BEST he is quick, efficient and gets right to work. You will not wait in his office because he is always on schedule and I think this shows a respect for his patients. I have been in many doctor offices and this is the most efficient that I have ever encountered. I have recommended family to his practice and they share my feelings.

Today was my first time and the staff was curtious. and Dr Binder took plenty of time with me and made a treatment plan

Dr Bonder is okay but WATCH OUT the office staff is awful and rude. They will ask your credit card of front so they will automatically charge your account and just sent the credit card receipt to you (mine is $124.32) not even including the statement we don't know how much the visit was. When I called and questioned them they told me to contact my healthcare insurance for the charge? I told them that they need to reverse the charge on the credit card and the billing woman Maryann said "so you are not going to pay it???" I said I need to use my healthcare account to pay it she said she is not doing it and HANG UP on me!!! so I called the office back to cancel our tomorrow follow-up appointment. No need to see the doctor for this mistreatment. My husband and I have never ever seen any Physician office handle patient like this in our life! This is our first visit also is our last visit! WATCH OUT they ran the charges and they see you are as a criminal! To me they are fraud and… thief!

The stuff is very rude ! Especially whit the long blond hair lady how is answering the phones ..:( They have so many stupid rules ... like example: I’m not a loud to go there whit my child how is in stroller just by myself.... ( so if my husband is at work and I don’t have anybody how could take care of my little one that even if I need medication from the dr I have to reschedule it ..:((( They told me it’s hazardous for the baby .... scuze me ... what kind of office is this ????? Anyway Please don’t go there bec this would be the 3 rd medication what they r experimenting on us ... I thought that since he was the first dr how started the process whit us to stay whit him and lets see if he is good as they said but .... This was the last drop in the glass ....

Dr. Bonder office is horrible. As a new patient I was 10 minutes late because of traffic and was refused to be seen. It is horrible that a Doctor would turn you away when you are in pain and bleeding and they refused to see me. Do yourself a favor don't go to this office. Receptionist was extremely rude. She then had the nerve to say well you should leave yourself extra time. I said excuse me but I left an hour of time to get here and it is not my fault that there was an accident on Route 1. I just find it hard to believe that they couldn't see me. I was only 10 minutes late and with this circumstance. This is how they treat new patients. Don't go to this office they are absolutely horrible and dr. Bonder should be ashamed of himself for not seeing me since I am in pain and bleeding. CLEARLY HE DOESNT CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. I only gave one star because I had to in order to submit this review.

This doctor has no idea what he is doing. I been coming here for over a year, with no change in my condition. Listening to Dr Bonder was a big mistake. The office is a joke...they only take checks, can't use my medical card to pay. Who in the world in this day an age only uses checks. Stay away from this doctor...

Apparently, that's all this office cares about. You wait forever to get an appointment, and are treated like a number.
