OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE AND DISMISSIVE!!! THERE SEEMS TO BE A THEME WITH THE REVIEWS HERE! Called and left a message; waited 2 days but no response. Called on 3rd day (today). Was told by the office that they had no record of his consult with the ER doctor for my daughter's seizure several days ago. I explained that the ER doctor verbally told us Dr. Head said to start with the medication and to schedule an appointment with his office; the ER release paperwork also instructed us to call his office to set up an appt with him. The office told me since there is no record that we would have to wait a YEAR to get an appointment!! And, if we didn't want to wait we should find another neurologist! WOW!!!

Do NOT use this man for neurology. He is completely rude and disrespectful of people’s time. He did not care nor take the time to look into my dads case when he landed in the ER for a mini stroke/seizure. He blew off my mom repeatedly, would not call regarding testing, kept my dad an extra 36 hours in the hospital for no reason. He should NOT be treating patients.

I was a new patient showed up I was told to sit and fill out my paperwork after almost done completing my paperwork the receptionist calls me up and tells me I'm not allowed to be seen due to a balance of 11.40 back in 2014 from a hospital visit. I asked if I was able to pay it now because I had no idea I had this as I was talking to the main receptionist another one rolls over to tell me that I'm unable to I have to pay it through the agency and they have been try to contact me about this payment and that it would take 3 weeks before they received it from the collection agency and another month or so before I can be seen for a new patient appointment

I believe Dr. Head is a very brilliant man but little concern about his patients. I had a CT Angiogram and an EEG on a Tuesday. He had the results Friday and 3 weeks later - after many calls - I insisted upon seeing him or getting my results to take to another doctor. For some reason he would not call. I have a nodule which was found on the CT which may be malignant. He also said he could not diagnose what was happening to me and just turned me loose with no idea where to turn to next. Thank heavens I have a great primary.

We showed up in a transport van for an appointment that had been scheduled three weeks in advance only to find after spending $125 to get there that the doctor had canceled appointments for the day. The nurse had called a number she said she got from the hospital but we didn’t answer. I have no idea where they got the number since we had never heard of it. What receptionist doesn’t ask a new patient for their phone number? The nurse/receptionist was rude on top of everything else. Don’t waste your time with this doctor!!

I had a poor experience with Dr. Head (no bedside manner, demeaning, etc) and left a negative review on Google. A receptionist called me shortly after I left the review and told me that I was no longer welcome as a patient and that I need to find a different doctor!

One of the finest Doctors I've had the privilege to know. Very through in all he has done for me and I've been seeing him for about seven years now.

Do not go here if you want a dr that will listen to you and actually care about what you are going through. And don't ask questions and expect him to explain anything. Office staff is just as bad. When I called and spoke with the office manager with concerns I was told to find another neurologist!

This doctor helped me beyond all comprehension from Bell's palsy to cluster headaches. Don't be late to your appointment he is on time.

my son was his patient. not very helpful at all. my son had Chiari Malformation. which was not diagnosed by Dr. Head or radiologist that Dr.Head recommended. he laughed when it was a chiropractor that did finally diagnose correctly. kind of a jerk
