Dr. Ritu Gupta

Ritu Gupta is a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience and more than 12 years in advanced practice. She is currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Fairfield University and has specialized psychiatric training through Yale New Haven Hospital’s Emergency Department Crisis Intervention Unit (CIU).Ritu has advanced clinical experience in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato® (esketamine) therapy, along with training in evidence-based psychotherapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
