Dr. Robert Michael Bernstein, PhD

I saw Dr. Bernstein a number of years ago and he saved me from an emotionally and mentally abusive husband. He empowered me to leave the abusive marriage. He is a great psychologist who I highly recommend.

Dr Bernstein is supposed to be an unbiased Court evaluator and was in no way unbiased. His report was flawed throughout the document and biased towards a psychopath. He misquoted statements and claimed facts that were not presented. He lied through the report misstating facts and giving the other party leniency when he ignored his own tests that indicated the other party was a psychopath and claimed the first party was deceptive after documenting the test results indicated truthfulness. It appears I paid thousands of dollars for a court appointed evaluator who denies test results, ignores evidence picks who he likes best and then feeds the court flawed information (was deceitful himself) that results in damage to your case. Don't trust this man! His PHD is a discrace and discrace to his profession his own personal experiences influenced his decision and presented bias. Not to mention his rate continued raise but he did not deliver what he was paid for. I would have been better off with… a tape recording of the conversations as he misstated >50% of what was said. He has no business in family court.
