Dr. Robert Emerson Bowen

So first it took me over a month to get an appointment and 50 messages left on their voicemail saying they would return my call but never did. I finally happen to get them while in the office and was able to make an appointment. Worst doctor experience ever!! They were awful to my 5 year old because he was afraid and said I should have “a talking to” with him for his reaction. He’s five and was afraid, no consideration for his fear. Dr. Bowen refused to come back in after I calmed him down (took 2 minutes) because “he doesn’t get paid to be screamed at”. My son didn’t scream at him he was afraid of the allergy test. They were fixated on information that had nothing to do with allergies. Racially profiled my son because he is mixed. Asking and making awful comments with my son in the room. I will NEVER go back to them. They should not work with children ever. No compassion what so ever!!

Wish every doctor was like this. Dr. Bowen is what we hope to experience and doesn't let us down in our hopes. Allergy season is the same as anyother time of year for me now. I can't believe how ineffective the previous doctors have been and only wish I'd found him sooner. Thanks, doc.

This is what we all hope a doctor will be when we need help. So many now depend on just pitching pills and meds... frequently treating you for the wrong ailment and keeping you coming back forever. Dr. Bowen makes people well... involves his patients in their own care and takes time to educate. Rare and wonderful. Thanks, doc!
