Dr. Robert Lance Charet, MD

Dr. Charet saw me twice. Both times, he was extremely rushed. I was sent here due to a worker's comp injury (concussion & nasal fracture which had left me seeing "floaters" and extreme eye sensitivity in addition to other things. The first visit, he didn't have my medical information which was understandable but he hardly spent any time with me to find out what I was there for and only prescribed me eye drops. He then ordered me back for a follow up just 3 days later & claims all I have is allergies, prescribed me more eye drops yet, says that the floaters from my concussion won't go away for months and is releasing me back to work. Very vague & overall terrible care.

I feel that Dr. Robert L. Charet is a very good doctor and he has taken great care of my eyes. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and caring doctor. Dr. Charet took the time to explain every detail of my diagnosis along with the treatment. Dr. Charet on a 1-10 is a 10+. But the wait time in your office is to long when you have an appointment the doctor needs to be ready and I understand once and a while things happen but not every day or every time you have an appointment. Please work on that and you need a larger lobby area, sometimes we are packed in there like sardines. Now for your staff members, the worse I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Starting with making an appointment or follow up call or an appointment changes including office visits to pick up your glasses. I think if you put a bird brain in Dr. Charet staff members they would fly backwards. Dr. Charet you could do better and you deserve better. Its been said that good help is hard to find but please… try.

I found him to be an excellent surgeon. He is vey professional and did the most detailed exam that I have ever had pertaining to my eyes.

Dr. Charet is a great doctor. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new eye doctor.
