I think people like myself, especially my age, may expect some sort of "seminar"in their yearly physical. News stories about biological age, telomere shortenings, shingles vaccine to prevent Alzheimer's encourage this. Dr. Kraus's focus is on immediate problems and immediately potential problems. Still it would be good to be able to talk with someone about these questions, such as how much loss of thymus on body's defenses, and how much or what that means.
